Good planning tool with weak tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Plan better with the calendar, create multiple accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking is confusing and much too large in the display. It can be much better. When posting on LinkedIn, there is no option for target audiences and categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not used this function until now.

Very reliable analytics for monthly reporting as well as general social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplistic design of the whole platform allows for seamless control over our social media platforms, as well as analytics access and saved templates to make for easy reporting to officials of my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors with publishing content on Instagram and Threads on occasion, which can be a let-down for out-of-office hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me report directly to our board with social media numbers on a monthly basis as well as competitive analysis against competitors in our industry which would be impossible without.
5 Stars – The Best Social Scheduling Tool I’ve Used
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the clean layout and how easy it is to navigate, whether I’m reviewing data or planning posts in the content calendar, everything is clear, intuitive, and right where I need it to be.
It makes managing multiple accounts feel simple and efficient, and I recommend it to colleagues all over the world. Hootsuite has become a key part of how I work.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing, I think could be improved is being able to select a reel cover when scheduling the reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a major problem for me: making social media data easy to access and understand. Instead of digging through multiple platforms or trying to piece together insights, I can see everything I need in one place, clearly laid out and easy to interpret.
This saves me time, helps me make smarter content decisions, and lets me focus on what really matters: creating great content and growing engagement.

Just very functional for scheduling socials, and really cheap compared to other tools with our non-profit discount

Not being able to edit or cancel a post within 15 mins of its scheduled time

The amount of channels you can post on. The reliability (sometimes). Analytics is nice. And all the inboxes coming together makes my work easier.

Limited options regarding stories and reels. Limited filter options when searching posts in post performance.

Hootsuite - helpful, efficient and time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
You can play several channels at the same time without having to switch between the different platforms. This saves a lot of time and provides a good overview of the scheduled posts. There are also very good evaluation options. Very easy implementation of the channels in a short time. We use Hootsuite every day and almost never have any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
When tagging on Instagram, there is sometimes an error message that the post could not be published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 8 channels to manage and want to save time and keep an overview by being able to see and manage everything in one interface (Hootsuite). In addition, our monthly overall evaluation of the social media channels is done via Hootsuite.

What I like best hootsuite is the content scheduling and social performance score metric which make me want to keep maintianing it so I know I am not falling short time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's reletively difficult to figure out what is trending our you location and niche from the listening section. like that lack of filters that can sort out my preferances and thing I would like to know is happening on my audiance segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all my social profile to one table help me manage it more convineintly and it is something that would help me save a lot of time. also schduling helps me not to forget posting something critical and it save me a lot of headache. :)

There are some limitations still with crafting a post.

I work for a film and shows production company, so social media is very crucial for new shows and films promotion, but Hootsuite's listening feature is very helpful for audience feedback about our new show or movie. That's what I love about Hootsuite - direct real-time feedback from audience without manual juggling with different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I dislike anything, but I hope they develop a desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, I manage our new movie and show promotional posts with Hootsuite. This reduces my overhead to avoid missing something on time. To entertain our audience, we post bts content to connect with our audience on a personal level. Usually, we split our bts content into multiple chunks and schedule them over weeks with Hootsuite. This maintains our reach on social media and keeps us in the game of algorithms, so our new movie and show launch posts also get engagement. This has increased our revenue directly.
