What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how straight-foward the scheduling is and how easy it is to connect different social media platforms into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to schedule a video 15 minutes in advance to social media vs 5 minutes. Analytics are not as straightforward as I would like them to be. I also wished more optimal times in general were offered as opposed to optimal times based on the performance of how your posts have done based on when they were scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance is a huge advantage for me. I do our social media work solo so if I have launches to plan or am out of office, I don't have to worry about our social media being inactive.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hootsuite is being able to plan my content ahead of time. I can schedule posts throughout the year, so I don’t have to worry about missing certain months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike or complaint I have is when I post a blog, Linkedin lately hasn't been populating the image from the link. That is my only downside it says it wont populate the image that it used to do before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our members are on the East Coast and being able to schedule content at 6am EST when I'm on PST is really nice. I dont miss prime windows for reaching out audience.
Intuitive and Efficient for Social Media and Digital Platform Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Hootsuite interface is easy to use and very intuitive, which simplifies content management and learning for new team members. The platform is constantly updated, adapting to new social networks and features, which is crucial for my work as a social media coordinator. I also value that Hootsuite allows me to have a complete and centralized analysis of the metrics of all the organization's social networks, facilitating access and consultation whenever I need it. Additionally, I appreciate that Hootsuite offers the possibility to schedule posts on multiple social networks at the same time, saving me time and effort. The learning curve is very short, especially thanks to the availability of online tutorials and the intuitive nature of the platform, which allows me to easily teach its use to other team members, even temporary ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some Hootsuite features are exclusive to paid subscriptions. Although we have the paid subscription as part of the communication department's budget, this represents a limitation for other people or organizations that cannot access all the functionalities. This restriction can be a limitation for those who are just beginning to explore the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule content on multiple social networks, saving time. The analytics tool centralizes performance metrics and followers, making tracking and analysis easier in one place.
I've been using for years & It continues to exceed my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy process it is to schedule content for my clients, and then allowing them to log in and make any changes - live - before a post ever goes live. Implementation is easy for all and integrations are a breeze. It's a great software that I have been using and recommending for many years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no complaints. Hootsuite has continued to exceed my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling with the ease and accesibility for my clients to go in and 'check' what's going on and also can see the month aheads content.
Solid Social Media Scheduling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user friendly. Easy navigation, intuitive. Anyone can use it. I love all the options for adding accounts and how you can customize copy by platform. I also love the internal analytics feature, where you can run reports within Hootsuite itself. All-in-one solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite can be a bit buggy - logging you in and out, having unresponsive buttons, etc. But nothing a page refresh can't fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines my social media scheduling process for the organization. It allows multiple team members to collaborate, and showcases all the work everyone has done so things don't get repeated. It's very easy visually to see your social media calendar laid out from week to week.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to see insights gathered across social media platforms, plan and schedule posts through the content calendar, and publish posts without having to log into various accounts separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not up to date with the social media platforms. For example, I would also like the ability to publish TikTok stories. I would also like to see recommendations for captions based on keywords and hashtags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and ease of being able to post across different platforms at once.

What do you like best about the product?
easy scheduling, analysis and monitoring. Helped me immensely and I was able to cut down headcount for social to a part time person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai isn't that great honestly. Also, when you create a post, it doesn't automatically fill in names and hastags when you use the @ or # symbol like when you're on twitter natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like the interface for scheduling tweets and linkedin posts, plus I want a holistic view of them so I can get it done in cadence. Hootsuite offers that for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is extremely easy to use. I stick with this platform because it's simple and it works property the vast majority of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media accounts occasionally disconnect for no apparent reason. One ongoing issue I have is that you can't add alt text to scheduled Instagram images. I think that is more an Instagram issue than a Hootsuite issue, but a couple of other third-party platforms seem to have figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want posts to posts during hours when I am not at work.
Managing Facebook made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The centralized dashboard allows us to manage multiple facebook pages from one place and saves time and confusion. We can plan content weeks in advance and the visual calendar makes its easy to see what is scheduled, where we have gaps. The analytics are easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like tagging are restricted by Facebooks API which can be frusterating. Cost can be a bit highif we want to add users or advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple facebook pages to post to, Hootsuite allows us to manage them all easily.
