Affordable and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can do so much, and is very affordable in comparison to some other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoostuite has limitations like not being able to add covers to tiktok and instagram posts, or reposting to YouTube. It's also annoying that the profiles disconnect and you have to re-validate so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to save a lot of time by posting across social latforms, it helps with organization and best time to post too!

It's reaallly pricey. They're gone from around $20+ tool to an enterprise option pricing small business owners out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the customizable features in analytics allowing for you to pick and choose what is going to be the best source of data for your business. I also like how you can easily edit your captions and such after scheduling the posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when planning posts, it is difficult to edit and crop images once added to your post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the issue of having to make a post that day, instead I can schedule it out weeks in advance. This benefits me because I can save time and schedule out post when the ideas are given to me and know that they will automatically post later.
Super easy to use!

We love the calendar planner and the DM automation being built in to the calendar!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been frustrating not being able to interact with our Youtube comments as easily in the Inbox. Using streams is fine, but its definitely not the best way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the ease of using the inbox for comment/message management. Our team also is able to make notes about users so we can track if they're typically a spam user, etc.
The Best Tool for Managing Multiple Social Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to draft copy, schedule posts, and manage media. The scheduling tools and planner make having a birds eye view of upcoming posts and where any gaps may be. It was very easy to set up and integrate with our current platforms. Any time I have had questions the service team is available to help. Since starting with HootSuite we have gone from 1-2 posts per month to 2 posts per week minimum!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some work to be done on the AI Beta drafting posts from blog links. I am also eagerly awaiting integration with BlueSky so we can truly manage all our platforms in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to post more frequently but managing each platform individually was far too time consuming.
Extremely easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for work purposes two or three times a week. It makes it easy to schedule post for socials when I'm away or on the weekends. I like how quick and easy it is to use. Definitely user friendly in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only things that I tend to dislike is that I frequently get logged out of my social accounts. It takes up time to go back through and login to all of them, which is a bit of a hassle.

Hootsuite is helping me schedule post when I'm off the clock. It gives me less screen time on the weekends, which is nice since I'm already on my phone and computer alone lot during the week.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for saving time. Posting for the church is mega easy with all of our social platforms in one place. All you do is upload your video or pics, write your copy and schedule your posts. It even allows you to tweak copy or pictures for each platform. Saves me tons of time and helps us keep our message in front of people. It also gives you the ability to "listen" to trends which saves time on research, and helps you stay in tune with your audience with relevant content. If you get writers block, you can use the integrated AI to write for you!

Every now and then a post might not publish, but Hootsuite will email a reminder so you can get it back in.

Saving me time, which gives me more time to make more creative.

I like all the. features Hootsuite has and new AI capabilities.

I dislike how you can't connect all social media platforms like bluesy.

It helps us manage a lot of social media accounts all at once and also makes our life much easier. We can schedule posts all at once and view our total social media data.
Hootsuite: Great Tool for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for work at the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and the product is of good quality. We are able to get suggested best times for posting, use AI features to help form posts, and differentiate our channels to create a voice among the different media. I also like the Inbox 2.0 feature, but have not dived into it greatly. But I enjoy that Hootsuite is always trying to make its product more encompassing for communicators and marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had trouble with our X/Twitter account not being updated to reflect we have a premium checkmark that allows for longer posts, which impacts me using Hootsuite for that specific medium.
I also find the analytics and social conversation features of Hootsuite to be cumbersome and difficult to use. But I still like that value they add to Hootsuite as a holistic product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post quickly is the best part. And the ability for it to be a one-stop shop for my morning work social media tasks allows for a more efficient way to get certain tasks done for my job. Especially with me being the only social media person on our team, it's a necesity to use to have better time management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can magae all my sm accounts in one place, scheduling posts is super easy and the calendar view helps me stay organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey, especialy if you need more features or team access. A few parts of the interface feel outdated to an extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a tonn of time by letting me schedule content ahead across multiple platforms. I don't need to jump between apps anymore.
