Good social management platform

What do you like best about the product?
I manage socials for multiple different accounts, and Hootsuite makes it easy to switch between accounts in one dashboard. I also appreciate the hashtag generation and recommended times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite crops my images weird in a carousel on instagram, and I have to go in on Instagram and remove the weird cropped images. That can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see my social posts for all of the accounts I manage in one dashboard. That saves me a lot of time when i'm scheduling all of our posts for the month.

Hootsuite = one happy content manager

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to save drafts, see what's scheduled on my calendar, and post stories using the publishing notifications on the Hootsuite app. It makes content planning so much easier and quicker. I use hootsuite daily to manage content and respond to interactions. It is easy to integrate in my workflow-- I am excited to try out the Monday.com integration soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish they had the option to add alt text to photos on Instagram. It would make it easier. Also, I could never get the DM/link automations to work so I have to use a separate service. Would love to see this improve. My last critique is just that Hootsuite makes you crop pictures for some platforms, but when you post directly on the platform, most of them adjust the picture ratio for you so you don't have to crop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to plan content ahead and easily schedule social posts ahead of time so I can make time for other duties associated with my role.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights that Hootsuite provides and its capabilities for scheduling and organizing my social content calendar. It's easy to learn and use and I like the new features that Hootsuite rolls out. I am in Hootsuite daily! It connects well with my company's Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is glitchy, which is to be expected with software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me balance social content on each of my focus areas. It helps me visualize what is scheduled when and keeps me organized and on track. It's also super helpful for historical purposes and finding out when I did what.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to tag or collaborate with people directly within Hootsuite, as it saves me time by not having to schedule the content and then go directly on the apps to tag the necessary people. Using Hootsuite to schedule our social media posts for the company and CEO saves time because we schedule in advance. The initial setup was very easy, and I connected all our social media accounts in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the listening integrated into our current plan. I think we can only view about a week's time period, which is too small to see trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule our social media posts, which saves time by allowing advance scheduling. It also streamlines tagging and collaboration, eliminating the need to use separate apps.

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to schedule my daily, weekly and monthly social media posts for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter for our busy real estate company as well as our residential leasing and commercial sales divisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can not think of anything negative to report about my Hootsuite experience. I have had zero issues and I use it almost daily. Rest assured your social media success can depend on a subscription to Hootsuite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a HUGE time saver and makes managing my social media platforms across three divisions of our company a breeze. I can not thank Hootsuite and their team for producing such an amazing products and service!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how convenient it is to schedule content ahead of time, to save future potential scrambles! This is something we use daily at our company and it has been super user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I find difficult sometimes is customer services in certain situations, where it can be a bit hard to get a hold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been helping with our social media engagement, and allowing it to be easy to plan content over the course of a few months.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so organised and has various features to use which I enjoy. Easy and straightforward to use. Love the OwlyGPT as it helps me gain insight and think for content. The scheduler really keeps me stay on top. It's been a big help as a social media manager, especially the suggested times! I've used it so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a function to choose music on here before posting it for Instagram reels/TikTok, I'd much prefer it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a place for me to schedule and plan my content in advance, as well as ask OwlyGPT for insights and tips and do social listening on trending topics. As a social media manager and marketing assistant, I am learning lots and able to utilise Hootsuite to the max. Plus, as a visual learner, really great to see the content calendar in place.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is how easy it is to schedule posts across multiple platforms at once. I love being able to plan content in advance, especially for weekends or times I’m offline. The dashboard is really clean and user-friendly, and the performance insights help me figure out the best times to post. It keeps everything organised and saves me a lot of time during the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics feel a bit limited, especially if you want deeper insights or more customised reporting. It would also be great to have more AI-driven content suggestions or posting ideas built in. Nothing major, but there’s room to make the platform even more powerful for strategy, not just scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay consistent with social media posting across multiple platforms without having to do everything manually. It solves the problem of time management - especially during busy periods or weekends—by letting me schedule posts in advance. It also gives me visibility into how our content is performing, so I can make smarter decisions about when and what to post. Overall, it’s helping us grow our online presence more efficiently and with less stress.
