AI-Assisted Scheduling and a Great Multi-Platform Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is really cool being able to schedule posts and have AI assisted post. I also love the dashboard along with the integration of having multiple social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would change for Hootsuite is being able to adjust the order of posts. When you attach images or videos, you would have to go back and delete them all until you get the right order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful when scheduling. It takes a lot of stress off my back and helps get ahead of work and makes sure you get your posts out at the best time.

Helpful Integrations and Smooth Network Connections

What do you like best about the product?
I am not the biggest fan of the UI/UX, I find it clunky and slightly outdated when compared to platforms like Fedica or Buffer. The integrations however are quite helpful and I am happy with the smoothness in whch I can connect the networks. In terms of performance there have been a few times when a scheduled post doesn't go. It would be nice to have a bigger warning notification when that happens.
I do find the pricing for Hootsuite to be fairly high, especially for ones who want to use it for small single-person led startups, but it works alright for an established organization. I have no comment for support/onboarding as I found the navigation easily intuitive. I haven't used the AI features so far
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Its way too pricey for an individual to use.
I would also prefer an option to add category buckets to the type of posts I schedule, that way for analytics, I can segregate by content categories too. As a marketer working for an organization that posts vastly diverse content simultaneously, it would be very helpful if i could custom categorize/tag posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling across multiple platforms is a breeze thanks to this software and it helps onboarding other team members and working collaboratively across a joint calendar

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media scheduling and gathering analytics for reports. I like that we can manage a lot of social channels and save time by doing it all in one place. I really appreciate the scheduling for multiple accounts and the calendar layout, which makes it easy to navigate and saves time. Setting up Hootsuite was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics can seem a bit clunky and hard to narrow down, depending on the kind of info you're trying to gather.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for managing many social channels in one place, saving time. The layout is fairly simple compared to other options on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for managing my clients' social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and it lets me do everything in one place, which saves a lot of time. The main dashboard is really helpful since I can monitor and manage everything from there, making adjustments and automating my processes easily. I think Hootsuite is really easy to use and intuitive, even with new features rolling out over time. I've been using it for probably ten years, and it’s always been straightforward to navigate. Setting it up was pretty simple too; I just connected my social media accounts, and it was smooth sailing from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be some bugs that come up where I will try to do something, and I can tell it's just, you know, maybe something going on with the platform. But usually within one day, everything's fixed and it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me manage and schedule posts for multiple clients' social media accounts from one dashboard, without logging into each one individually. It streamlines my processes, allowing me to automate tasks and monitor everything efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for our social media posts to schedule content across platforms. I really love the calendar feature because I can see all my posts and it suggests times for scheduling, which is a vital aid. It helps me see how the content is split across days and months, giving me one central place to review and schedule posts, which saves time. The initial setup was easy, making the overall experience with Hootsuite smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite allowed for proper photo editing within the tool. It would be great to do everything in one place. Also, the tags for LinkedIn don't always work as expected. Sometimes, the social media platforms disconnect, which is a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me schedule content across platforms, saving time by reviewing and scheduling posts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage everything all in once place, especially with having a team that is based across the world this allows us to ensure that nothing is missed between departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I'm not a fan of having AI as an option to enhance or refine text when crafting a post, I feel this takes away the human side of social media and risks everything sounding the same. However, I realise this is the way the world is going and the positive to this is that the tool isn't as in your face as in other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller team we're often deep in the weeds on other projects, Hootsuite allows us to get a bulk of social media content sorted and scheduled all at once so we can focus on the those other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple to schedule multiple channels at once and switch between them for edits. The reports are easy to use and save me from a lot of manual work. The visuals are also nice—very clean and polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling occasionally fails, which you're not informed of until the post doesn't go live, so obviously at a weekend etc this can pose problems when things are missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to schedule multiple channels at once, avoiding the manual work of that and manual reporting. And also allows an easy visual report rather than manually creating these.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling on social media, and I appreciate how it allows us to seamlessly post across all of our channels. It's very easy to use, which makes my job simpler. I also like the image editing feature, even though it can sometimes be slow to load.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is posts randomly not going out sometimes, it's not a massive issue. I'd like AI suggestions in the text box for wording etc and grammar correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to seamlessly post across all of our channels. The social media score is also very good and allows us to see how our posts are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's steam board feature. It just makes it easier to keep an eye on everything without felling scattered. I set it up around different channels and few keywords related to education, results and admissions to see conversations as they're happening. I don't miss much, which matters when students or parents are actively asking questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far, it's been working well for me. Sometimes social accounts disconnect and I have to reconnect them again. It's not too frequent, but it does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it properly, managing multiple social media accounts felt a bit all over the place. Switching tabs, checking comments separately, trying to keep posting consistent, it gets messy fast. With Hootsuite, it feels more contained. I can plan things out, keep track of what going live, and respond to people without jumping around. For us in education, timing and consistency matter more than people think. So Hootsuite helps a lot.
