Simple but complicated if you are ever in need of customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to manage multiple twitter accounts, it's a simple platform and it's free!
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is impossible to contact, they aren't willing to help you one-on-one, it isn't a personal response it's a robot like response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on using one interface to manage multiple accounts for the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare it to other platforms first, once you get started with it it's hard to have to start all over even if you have issues.

With this program, I like that I can access all of my social media platforms at once.

I feel limited for my clients and their businesses how I can use the platform and what functions I can do.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes scheduling our social media posts and analyzing their performance so easy! The interface is robust and allows us to control multiple channels with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if there was a better integration with Instagram, although with Instagram's API I know it's next to impossible for anything to work terribly well with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding our social media, we are working to refine our voice so we can continue to build our community in the digital realm. Having Hootsuite allows our interns to take the reigns with scheduling an analyzing our posts so that I can focus less on execution and more on strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to manage and maintain engagement across Facebook and Twitter. Integration with Instagram is available, but only to the extent with which Instagram allows itself to be integrated with any third party.

The usability of the site is great, the threads make it easy to organize your feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I necessarily dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Hootsuite allows me to schedule social media in advance. It allows me to stay active and relevant on social media without having to do it each and every day and this saves me a lot of time.

HootSuite is easy to navigate and learn, when Iw as starting in the industry I was able to efficiently use HootSuite and get work done in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike is the cost, and how certain features cost extra.

HootSuite has helped update and manage multiple social media accounts with ease.

once you get the hang of it its not so bad user friendly wise

I don't find it as easy to use as buffer- its not very self explanatory- I feel I would need someone to help me get started

Trying to automate social media as easily as possible and getting analytics

Buffer is much more user friendly
Good but not great, I wish there was a way (in general) to schedule instagram content.

When monitoring social media, there can be a lot of tabs.

The ease of using the dashboard and the ability to monitor several channels

You still cannot schedule Instagram posts to post automatically

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to schedule out tweets in the future. Makes planning and organizing our content calendar seamless. I would recommend this platform for users who are looking for a content scheduler.

The fact that you cannot upload videos. Also uploading images with high quality does not always work.

Time management and content planning.

For time management and content planning yes I think Hootsuite is a great choice. For social media monitoring and listening I would not go with this platform.
