What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless and easy to use. Whether you're managing one platform or multiple platforms across various accounts, Hootsuite is the best tool on the market to get your content out there. I loved using it to plan social content for the week/month. It took a few hours out of my day versus many hours out of my week. I also loved how the platform allowed you to select your timeframes, based on your personal analytics. It helped me to better decipher when the best times to post were given my audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is disliked is that some social channels are harder to use than others. For instance, posting to Instagram isn't as seamless as posting to Twitter because you can plan a post but still have to utilize other steps to prepare and ultimately post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the most seamless way to create and archive social content. For those who are managing and monitoring social media (whether its one platform or multiple), there isn't a better tool on the market that will help you organize, prepare and send out your social content. When combined with analytics, it also helps you to be a better curator as you can begin to study when your prime posting times are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think twice, just do it!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple social media account with multiple teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile platform is less than desirable. I still have to use my computer to schedule social media posts - it's odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to connect with our members in real time. The multiple-user function has also eliminated a lot of cross-communication issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because I can manage like twitter, facebook, instagram, all in one platform. I can set up stream to set alert for important message. One of the main function I like is I can scheduled tweet on twitter, so I don't need to be around the internet, but my tweet still go out. Also it support more than 1 twitter account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is something I dislike about. To do automatically tweet, it need to be a pro member. As well as the analytics report and custom URL, if we don't use pay the extra fee, the URL is their own Ow.ly URL, which is not so good on the customer side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maybe, they should try out the free version first.

Simple Way to Manage/Analyze Social

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use, all social in one place! It is easy to keep track of who is doing what within our organization, and to quickly scan all our accounts in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky at times - when scheduling, sometimes the boxes disappear and need to be reloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to schedule posts across multiple media at once - it essentially becomes my social media calendar. This has saved a lot of time, particularly when planning ahead for the weekend. The analytics are also very useful and easy to translate for folks who aren't well-versed in social media terms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test the free version first, to make sure the interface is working for your needs. The paid versions offer so much more!

What do you like best about the product?
I can plan far in advance and not have to be quite as engaged in social media. I like being able to post on multiple sites at once. I like that I can connect multiple pages (personal & business) and not have to log in and out of different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post to Instagram automatically (but this isn't Hootsuite causing the issue, it's Instagram's system being very selective about how posts can be published)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build a social media presence, have consistency. Have more time to do other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Facebook includes a little notice on posts scheduled through Hootsuite that the posts were scheduled - I really don't like this, because it takes away from the authenticity that we're trying to present.
Just be aware that posting through Hootsuite is not the same as posting on the platforms themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the no-frills, user friendly interface that allows me to switch back and forth between social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the mechanics can get "wonky" , particularly with Instagram and my posts don't always translate at the correct time, or at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are definitely able to simultaneously promote our products and services across multiple platforms to reach people that we previously didn't before.

What do you like best about the product?
When I managed multiple social media accounts for different companies, it was very easy to manage and to keep them separate. I also loved being able to see an easy-view calendar layout of all posts. I also liked the social listening aspect of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not feel like the analytics were up-to-par. When comparing with my own Facebook & Pinterest analytics in general, they never really matched up and it seemed like the Hootsuite numbers were incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interface can be a little overwhelming, but I found it extremely helpful when managing 15-20 social accounts. We solved the problem of managing multiple business accounts with one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may look overwhelming, but take it step-by-step and review each feature separately.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule all of the social media for the theatre at once. It saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not interface well with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to keep all of the social media platforms for the theatre updated. We have seen an increase in interactions via social media because we are able to post on a regular basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We use the free version, and it is more than adequate for our applications. I especially like that I can schedule all the posts for a month at once, as I am often not on site during peak posting times.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite does a decent job when you need to schedule on-brand tweets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to remove tweets that have been previously scheduled
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not so much a problem, but it has allowed us to push out tweets as necessary to keep our brand ops on-target.
