What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to multiple platforms at once without switching tabs again and again. The planner view helps me see my whole week at a glance which makes it easier to plan content without stress. It also shows basic engagement numbers clearly so I dont have to dig into separate analytics pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the preview of a post looks slightly different after publishing which makes me double check every time. The browser version feels smoother than the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to forget posting on some accounts because everything was scattered. Now everything is in one place which keeps my schedule consistent and saves mental effort. It also helps me reply faster since all messages come in one inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite brings everything together in one place. As a digital marketing professional managing multiple social platforms, it’s been a huge time-saver for me. I can schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance without switching between different tabs or apps. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, and I especially appreciate the analytics part. It gives a clear picture of what’s working and where we need to tweak our strategy. The AI features like OwlyWriter are a nice touch too, they help generate caption ideas and hashtags faster, which really speeds up the content creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback for me is that Hootsuite can feel a bit heavy at times, especially when handling multiple accounts with lots of scheduled posts. It sometimes takes a while to load analytics or the content calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is how it simplifies managing multiple social media handles in one place. At Truebrowns, we have a strong presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. And Hootsuite makes scheduling, planning, and tracking everything so much easier. I love the content calendar view, it gives a clean snapshot of upcoming posts and helps me ensure our campaigns stay consistent and timely. The analytics dashboard is another big plus. Being able to monitor engagement and track performance helps me justify creative choices with real data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics customization could be more flexible. I often wish I could tailor reports a bit more to my team’s specific KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has become a key part of how we manage our storytelling at Truebrowns. It saves me and my team a lot of time by letting us plan our posts in advance and maintain a steady content rhythm. What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Hootsuite lets me manage all my social media accounts in one place. Scheduling posts ahead of time is simple and saves me hours each week. The dashboard is clear and I can see engagement stats quickly which helps me plan content better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can feel a bit clunky sometimes and it’s slower than the desktop version. Also, some analytics features are locked behind higher pricing tiers which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to log into each social account separately which was chaotic and time consuming. Now I can schedule posts in bulk track engagement across platform and respond to messages from one dashboard. It’s saving me hours each week and keeping my social media organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is definitely a solid, dependable choice as far as social media management tools go. I appreciate the ease of use, integration options (like the newly available Bluesky), and level of support from the Hootsuite team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is great, I find that a lot of its focus is on paid advertising. I also find their reporting functionality to be lacking in comparison to other management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite seems to actively work to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of social media, which is something I appreciate. A good example is their recent addition of the Bluesky integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is that, we can manage our presence on multiple platforms through just one app, and it has good customer support and very easy to implement each platform

What I found, that the UI can be better, rest all is fine for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving one of the biggest problem of mine, is that, I do not need to go and upload my post or content on each platform separately, I can do it at once by using Hootsuite, It is saving my time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the centralized workflow for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. When you're running campaigns for several e-commerce brands at once, logging into individual platforms becomes a productivity killer. Hootsuite's dashboard lets our team schedule content, respond to customer queries, and track performance across all social channels without switching contexts constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI caption generator feels too generic for our client work. When you're managing e-commerce brands with distinct voices and industry-specific terminology, the automated suggestions often miss the mark. We end up rewriting most captions anyway, which defeats the time-saving purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it addresses is coordination across distributed teams. With analysts working on different client accounts, we needed visibility into who's handling what and approval workflows that don't rely on Slack or emails. Hootsuite's permission settings and task assignment features mean I can delegate campaign execution without losing oversight, which is critical in my strategy role.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of being able to multi post to a lot of platforms is paramount and helps save time when the day can get away from us fairly quikly these dayds.
What do you dislike about the product?
the set up time is good but detailing all of the tools hootsuite should some how be included in the set up time in my opinion. As it is now, its manageable but streamlining the process would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to post on all of my socials at the same time is great. To me, that seems to be the biggest benefit so far. The price is a little high for a business package

What do you like best about the product?
I find the fact that Hootsuite consolidates all our social media accounts in a single dashboard to be interesting. I have a number of brand accounts, and I can post, view brand mentions, and monitor the number of engagements using the same interface, which saves me much time. The collaboration tools also come in handy- I will be able to delegate, monitor the progress, and continue chatting within the site. The analytics dashboard is user-friendly and provides clear information on the best content across each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is crowded when you have numerous profiles particularly in large teams. Others like establishing bulk arrangements or custom reports are difficult to locate. I would also like to be more integrated with some new social sites that we utilize in certain markets. Reporting tools are fine, however, campaign metrics could be further personalized, and it would make analysis even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite, our social media process was disorganized since each of the team members had their own content calendar. It has all been combined in one place; planning and scheduling, approvals and tracking results. This facilitates collaboration and makes our brand voice the same. As an individual, I save several hours weekly and believe that our social life is structured and controlled. It becomes highly handy when it comes to dealing with our remote marketing team in various time zones.
