Love Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
It's the only social media management software that includes Instagram - Thank GOD!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the update time takes a while for feeds to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, responding to customers, increasing web traffic

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely upgrade to the business account, so you can manage more than 3 accounts and include other tea members on the same dashboard.
Excellent Scheduler Meets Widget Overload
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to upload and manage massive amounts of scheduled social media posts. Freemium analytic tools provide sufficient info for small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Countless widgets, both proprietary and 3rd party, muddies up user experience and wastes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage social media marketing posts according to the needs of the client while reducing some wasted effort (i.e. to recycle non- time sensitive, repetitive posts).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste your time trying out all the widgets. Simply do an internet search on the top 5 you may need based on your purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the dashboard lets you see all the social media platforms you have associated with Hootsuite and the post's that you have scheduled out. I like to think of Hootsuite as a digital planner that allows me to schedule out posts weeks in advance and give me analytics on how the posts are performing. I love how user-friendly Hootsuite because you don't need any formal training to use it. You can basically use it on your own and figure out how to set your post and integrate your platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was using Hootsuite it did not have the Instagram capability yet, which now it looks as though they do, and due to this it was difficult for the company I worked for to schedule post's on other platforms and then have to have someone manually post on Instagram. It was a headache at the time but I am glad they integrated Instagram now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a user-friendly platform that allows companies big and small to manage their social media posts. It's super easy to use and makes scheduling things a breeze. The analytics also allow the user to gain a better understanding of their brand and how well there social media presence actually is.

I want better analytics in real time.

Sometimes it can get a little clunkly depending on how many clients you are managing

it allows me to write and schedule social media posts once a month so that we can regularly be putting updates out on various social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plan quickly becomes expensive if you want to use it across a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know that posting to social media will happen on a scheduled basis without having to go and manually make those posts each time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows for so much and then some more. I've integrated all my social media profiles which helps me keep track of all platforms in one space. Scheduling posts and the ability to link URL's and add attachments makes it very easy to manage and track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some more incentives for report generation. Currently there aren't many options apart from paying more for report gens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launch and management of company profiles. As our platforms were being managed on both the west and east coast, we had trouble keeping up. Now it's all in one place. Tracking activities has been easy so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I love scheduling tweets far in advance. While I often plan out a content calendar for the week, there are some dates that are months in advance and I can plan a tweet so I don't forget about this event. I also like the I can customize the dashboard to show what I want to see, like scheduled tweets, mentions and other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was going to say that I dislike the fact that I can't schedule an instagram post in advance, but as of today that has changed! I am very excited to start using this feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for social media monitoring and management. We do not use it for analytics as the analytics we already get from Twitter are enough for us.

This is the easiest tool you can use to keep track of multiple social media channels. Hootsuite helps keep me organized.

The ability to schedule posts across all of my social media platforms.

I am limited by what I'm able to post. The interface is a little hard to use.

I like that you're able to have all of your social media in one place. As someone who works in a marketing position, it is vital that I'm on top of all of our accounts at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is such a limitation between the free version and the version you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to stay on top of our social media and to schedule posts.
