Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can track all my social media accounts and even schedule posts for future dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike! Maybe if it allowed me to add more users to track the social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is great because I can schedule and assign social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy and convenient to utilize multiple social media platforms simultaneously to schedule posts and preview prior to posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that you can’t post on Instagram yet that’s my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and being able to plan and strategize better with a few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to plan my social media posts as far as I want in advance. It is very easy to edit and switch the dates and times when needed. I love how I can see everything on my dashboard: feed, mentions, and scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the thumbnail/picture sometimes doesn't appear in the publisher. There are times the picture shows in the thumbnail on Hootsuite but it doesn't actually appear on Twitter.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has come a long way. My favourite feature of the platform is its ability to make excellent lists that follow hashtags, search terms and more. Without Hootsuite, tracking these items on the native apps can be frustrating and you can miss important, actionable updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found some of the integrations a little weaker than using the native platforms. Obviously, Hootsuite is restricted to API access, but they're doing a great job with what they have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and monitoring is excellent. The ability to pre-schedule social messages is great.

There's no option of tracking hashtag on Facebook just like the way its there on TW & Insta.

There's always a room for improvement in everyone. Please check what I don't like about Hootsuite. There's my answer already.
A very helpful tool for social media organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule all of your social media platforms at once with multiple different businesses. It's nice that you can add videos, photos, and links.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about this program. I guess I would say I would like to be able to post directly to Instagram with Hootsuite, but I know the issue is with Instagram and what they allow...

Managing the company and personal social media accounts.
Begrudgingly - I say it's the best choice once you get past the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
You can't beat the features available for the price. As someone who has to monitor more than 50+ social media accounts, having them all loaded into a few tabs is great to quickly scan them and run best performers reports. Most other social media management software will make you pay hundreds more to monitor that many. I also enjoy doing social media listening with all my search streams active, being able to comment on different accounts and bounce around quickly. The new facelift to their analytics page is much needed and a nice addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is simply unintuitive to use. HootSuite is the oldest/most long-standing social media management software out there and the UI feels like it. It's not the prettiest (SproutSocial) and you sometimes have to go back to go forwards, sometimes it glitches. You'll want to spend time getting to know it, maybe even get certified, but once you get over the learning curve - it makes sense to use it. The add-on apps seem pretty limited and terrible or you have to pay more to get the better functioning versions. I begrudgingly say it's the best because you can usually get it to do what you need, but you just need to learn how to properly bend and flex the software (workarounds) to make it work. Another rough point is the analytics which got a facelift but some of the metrics I'd like to track are missing. They need to work to get more metrics in their library for Instagram.

We're finally getting real analytical data and can easily manage many pages at once.

You'll want to go with this product if you have a lot of social media networks to manage and very little budget, if any, to put toward social media management software. It's the best bang for your buck.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about this software is how it allows me to see everything happening on our social media accounts in one spot. Having a centralized hub that allows me to make changes and post on multiple social media accounts is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the UI/UX on the software is. It could be improved a lot. It hasn't been updated in years or so. I do understand they have huge corporate clients, but when comparing them to Buffer, Hootsuite really needs to up their design game.

We're saving a lot of time posting on all our accounts on one platform versus multiple platforms.

Works exactly how you'd want it to. Does the job and makes your life a whole lot easier.
