Who is HOOTsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Hoot Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it takes more time to use HootSuite than it it should be. I wish I would be able to time my posts from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using this program helps to free up time so I am not using my personal time posting to social.
Easy way to put all your social media accounts in one
What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule posts from multiple accounts, get it done ahead of time so that you dont have to worry about marketing day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was a little confusing to get used to with the layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Hootsuite when I was helping with marketing at a clinic a couple of years back- it helped with time management, focus, reaching more people on social media. it was nice to see it all organised in one place. It is something I am thinking about using again - but haven't because I don't really use twitter or IG, just facebook and there is a schedule option on there already.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple accounts on different social media platforms, this is a great tool to put them all in one and to organise/time manage business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it centralizes all of our social platforms and I can schedule all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't push IG videos, you have to do it manually. I also hate that I have to crop my photos to be in their aspect ratio, because it detracts from our aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule out all my social media and keep track of what and when things are going live.
Good tool for scheduling managing multiple social media accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hootsuite is that it lets you share to many multiple social media accounts at once with ease. If you just need to quickly get out a photo with a little text it lets you do that immediately when you log in without digging for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface looks a little dated and not very sharp on my laptop in chrome but that's not a big issue (it is very snappy). Sometimes it renders kinda funny and or there will be boxes out of place with no picture showing but if you refresh that usually fixes it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content creator and someone with multiple social media accounts I like that it allows me to easily update customers through one interface whether in the app or with my laptop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly reccomend it if you're a small business looking to get a handle on your social media accounts and drive engagement.
Hootsuite Makes Posting Easier
What do you like best about the product?
That you can post across multiple social media platforms quickly. You can also set up a full month in advance saving time in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the posts are not saved to be used at a later time. In other words, you can not build a library of posts that can be used multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with our social media accounts and ensuring that our content is put in front of our fans and other users of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you utilize it to its fullest capabilities. Hootsuite is a good tool for an inexperienced social media user to begin with. The platform is easy to use and you can see what is being posted across each platform and then make adjustments based on the platform.

I wish it was easier to add links. needs to be easier to sync with instagram, without having to wait to post the day of.

Makes my time more manageable. Easy to plan ahead for events.

It's a useful tool if you have to manage social media across multiple channels and want easier interactions with your followers.
An easy way to manage social media.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of the software. It's very easy to see multiple social media channels at one time, and having it all updating constantly is very handy for me and my organization. It's extremely functional, efficient, and changed the way I looked at a social media so my view is a lot more focused toward my own organization and its goals. I also love the features to track a hashtag in a separate stream.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the mainstream social media streams work and make sense, other forms of media like LinkedIn and Constant Contact either didn't work or weren't particularly relevant. I do like that they have the option to include these options though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts across multiple social networks at one time. I can also track hashtags or movements specific to our organization, as well as when we are mentioned in other posts. We can easily reply this way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the budget for it, invest in the premium software so you can include all of your social media channels.
