An easy and affordable way to schedule your social posts
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule for multiple sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter all in one spot paying next to nothing makes Hootsuite better than any other platform out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that are only available on the actual website themselves so there are some Facebook functions when schedule a post that Hootsuite does not provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly schedule posts and not spend as much time as we could without it. It's saving us time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some functions missing but if you are a smaller company only posting about 30 or less a week - this is a great tool for you.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily schedule posts on multiple platforms using a single application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to attach gif's for facebook using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time as it is very organized and everything is available in a single space. The analytics is useful to understand which post is more engaging and driving more conversions.
The best automated social media platform
What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes creating and scheduling social media posts extremely easy and efficient. Hootsuite is by far the best social media tool I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about this product I dislike! Everything about this software is great and does exactly what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiently create and schedule out future social media postings for my business and clients.
Hootsuite is the best in terms of social media management
What do you like best about the product?
It allows cooperative writing among the other members of the team, and an excellent system of automated publications with which the marketing in social networks becomes much easier. It is very good to follow metrics and to focus on target groups of customers, thanks to its segmentation system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have chat and messaging that facilitates communication to the team, nor audio and video conferences. Neither does it allow to control the versions of the previously completed posts. It does not have a platform for customer reviews or supervision of them. Does not track influencers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we are much more organized than before thanks to Hootsuite, which has made the work of organizing our work in social networks much simpler. Your post planner makes coordinating hundreds of publications from the different networks added to Hootsuite a very practical task, and it helps a lot that there are no errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is recommended because it is easy to manage when publishing posts and managing content. It is very good as software for social Selling, thanks to its functions of lead engagement and network supervision. Your analytics reports are quite customizable, so we also recommend it for this.

I like the flexibility Hootsuite brings me to manage all the social media I use to work with my clients and personal accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, I have not experienced any issue regarding the daily use I have with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule all my publications when I'm off the office or traveling.

Try buying a personal account if you have more than 3 social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Hootsuite for how practical it is to save work and to be able to focus on future brand posts, being able to get work done in advance. Similarly, I like the number of platforms it has for scheduling posts, it has a lot of variety and is quite useful. The free version really encourages you to get a premium account, I like that. It is very intuitive in terms of the analytics it offers and data collection, it is very realistic and the data is all in real time, which allows for much more specific and real tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with account reconnection, meaning that it often disconnects from one of the social media accounts and doesn't post on that platform, even when nothing has been posted manually on the social network, and I think that should be something to fix since it is vital for many brands to have all posts on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has greatly benefited me and made my work as a Community Manager easier. Managing three accounts can make it difficult to maintain the essence and organization of each brand, and this is precisely where Hootsuite has benefited me. This software has allowed me to synchronize and schedule the brands' posts, the days they should be published, at what time, and on which social networks. It allows me to keep everything organized and consistent across the social platforms that the brands manage - which are Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - maintaining the aesthetic of each network. I have saved a lot of work by using the software, as I can schedule posts for the weekends and not have to worry about them. Similarly, Hootsuite is so comprehensive that it has benefited me by providing analysis and data collection, allowing me to monitor the brand's position on social networks and understand the impact the posts have had, etc.

I highly recommend Hootsuite, it is really practical, intuitive, and dynamic. It is very useful for keeping track on social media as well as for maintaining synchronized aesthetics. It is very easy to use and implement in work life.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite it is really easy to use and it's a great social media management software. I also like that you can schedule posts across multiple platforms at the same time and its super easy to manage multiple networks for multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is I have encountered some connectivity problems with Hootsuite which is very frustrating since I often have to reconnect accounts or I find out that my post didn't actually get published. Also, some of the plans in Hootsuite are pretty pricey compared to other services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can use Hootsuite to share, blog, post, and create content for your page or business. One of the benefits that I have realized Hootsuite has is that it offers the ease of measuring your analytics.

Definitely give it a try! I recommend using it if you are trying to post and schedule in advance, also for any advertising or marketing purposes it is also a good platform to use.
Useful overview for social managers and agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Our agency manages social for a number of client. Hootsuite makes it easy to see mentions and schedule posts across a number of accounts - it's a lot easier than having to log into numerous individual accounts to maintain them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is uncomfortably easy to schedule a post to the wrong account - especially if you're scheduling multiple posts in a row. If the wrong account is selected as you compose your post, it's difficult to catch mistakes until the post is live. We also often have to reconnect accounts (even when those accounts have not been updated outside of Hootsuite)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made us more efficient at scheduling social media posts and managing responses. Our team is constantly adjusting and shifting, and this has made it easier to manage everything from one place without losing passwords or losing track of posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having several clients attached to Hootsuite can make managing several accounts easier, but be careful when scheduling posts that you're assigning them to go out in the correct accounts.
