All-in-One Social Management Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hootsuite is that everything is in one place. I can do social listening, analytics, multi platform planning, etc. all in one place. The workflow management works really smooth compared to other social management tools we have tried, especially because everything is in one place. I also love the interface, specifically for scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback, though not a major problem, is that Hootsuite sometimes experiences slight delays and its analytics can differ somewhat from those provided by native social platforms. As a newsroom using Hootsuite to help with our socials, those small differences, especially with timeliness, can make an impact, but the convenience of having everything in one place makes up for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it’s solving for our team is creating a really efficient way for everyone to communicate and be on the same page. The workflow features make that possible, as do the advanced scheduling features. Our team has grown recently, and we are trying new social platforms, so having a centralized place to plan, assign tasks, and analyze performance is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is that it keeps everything from spinning out of control. Social media for a team like the Jets moves fast, with game-day highlights, player updates, sponsor content, and community posts all flying around at once. Having one place to see every post, every channel, and every message makes my job a lot easier. I like how I can move things around on the calendar until it feels right, like fitting puzzle pieces together. The analytics are really useful too.
We can see what fans are reacting to, what time of day works best, and which types of posts get the most love. The new AI assistant is decent. I don’t rely on it for writing our posts since our brand voice is pretty specific, but it helps me come up with ideas when I’m running out of steam.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ad management tools could be easier to use too. I wish they gave clearer insights instead of making you dig through the data. And while the AI tools are nice, they don’t always capture our tone, so I still have to tweak things. It’s fine though, better than starting from nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our social team on the same page. We’ve got several people posting, reviewing, and replying at once, and Hootsuite helps us stay coordinated without stepping on each other’s work. It gives us a clear view of everything happening, which matters when things move fast during the season.
We can plan out our content weeks ahead, but still react quickly when something big happens, like a touchdown or a breaking story.
The analytics help us make smarter choices about what to post next. I honestly can’t imagine managing our channels without it. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable, and that counts for a lot when the schedule gets crazy.

What do you like best about the product?
I handle all graphic design and communications for a small team of seven, and the greatest benefit I've found in using Hootsuite is its scheduling and content creation features. It truly feels as though I have two additional team members supporting my department!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only downside has been some occasional issues connecting to my accounts, but these have not been significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social channels and accounts, schedule content ahead of time on a consistent basis, and monitor engagement or perform social listening from one platform are all essential features. Furthermore, having access to analytics and reporting, along with tools for team collaboration, workflow management, and permissions, significantly improves the overall experience.

What do you like best about the product?
At Negotiation Works, we use Hootsuite to manage our social media content, and it has been an incredible time-saver. The platform is extremely user-friendly and makes it simple to plan, schedule, and monitor posts across multiple platforms all in one place.
One of the biggest benefits for us has been how much time Hootsuite saves in our workflow. Instead of logging into each social media account separately, we can schedule everything in advance and ensure that our content goes out consistently — even on busy days. The calendar view is especially helpful for visualizing our posting schedule and making adjustments as needed.
The analytics and reporting features are also very valuable, allowing us to easily track engagement and see what’s resonating with our audience. Hootsuite is helping us solve several key challenges related to social media management at Negotiation Works. Before using it, managing multiple platforms and keeping track of posting schedules was time-consuming and sometimes inconsistent. Hootsuite simplifies that entire process by allowing us to plan, schedule, and publish content across all our social media channels from one centralized dashboard.
This has been a huge benefit in terms of saving time and staying organized. It ensures that our posts go out consistently, even when our team is busy with programming or events. The scheduling and calendar tools help us maintain a clear communication strategy without needing to be online constantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool for organizing, scheduling, and managing our social media content all in one place. It’s made planning ahead much easier for our team and helps keep everything on track. Occasionally, some accounts disconnect and need to be reconnected, but overall it’s a reliable and efficient platform for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can be frustrating at times due to reliability and usability issues. Accounts tend to disconnect frequently, which interrupts workflow, and scheduled posts don’t always publish properly. It’s also limiting that Instagram accounts require a connected Meta business Facebook page to function.

From a content perspective, the platform isn’t very flexible. For example, you can’t easily reorder images once uploading a post, which slows down the scheduling process.

Overall, these issues add extra time to troubleshooting instead of focusing on strategy and content creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to work more efficiently and strategically as a social media manager. I can plan content ahead of time, manage multiple accounts seamlessly, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. It also helps me track performance and optimize content, which leads to stronger engagement, better results for clients, and ultimately more growth across platforms.

Overall, it reduces manual work, saves time, and allows me to focus more on creative strategy and high-impact tasks rather than day-to-day execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling system. I think it is so easy to schedule in advance and I like that I can see the month view with all of my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an option to write maybe ideas in the Calendar view to make it more personalized for my planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my brain to feel less jumbled and I don't have to think about if I have to post because it is already scheduled. I also do like that it provides you with analytics and trends.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for ten years to schedule social media posts for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and it has become an indispensable tool for me. I find its scheduling capabilities extremely useful, allowing me to plan days, and sometimes weeks, in advance and keep our social media vibrant, active, and consistent, despite being the sole person in the marketing and communication team. Additionally, I have started utilizing the analytic reports that Hootsuite offers, which have been incredibly helpful in validating my social media strategies. The ability to manage and streamline our social content efficiently due to Hootsuite's features is something I greatly appreciate. Furthermore, I frequently integrate it with other tools like Canva for creating visuals and use platforms such as ChatGPT and Word for drafting captions before scheduling them on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the mobile app was a little more intuitive because sometimes I struggle using that. I would love if there was a way to schedule a post multiple times from one screen. I would like to have more report templates.

I use Hootsuite to manage and schedule social media content, keeping our university page vibrant and consistent. It allows me to plan content days or weeks in advance and utilize analytic reports, which are incredibly helpful.

Easy to post across our social media platforms and to tab over and edit the caption specifically all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the features are so robust, I doubt I'm fully using it to my advantage. Could use maybe a monthly webinar or video on use, features, instructions or updates.

Saving time overall in sending and scheduling posts across multiple platforms at once.
