Effortless Scheduling with Room for UI Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite allows me to schedule social media posts days and weeks in advance, making the process of managing posts much easier. The insights feature is incredibly helpful for making decisions on future scheduling, providing valuable data that guides my social media strategy. Additionally, the initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy for me, which made getting started with the platform hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the layout for any of the pages, I feel they could do with a spruce up

I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts days and weeks in advance. It provides insights that help me make decisions on future scheduling, allowing for more effective planning.

Detailed Analytics and Easy Planning, But Needs Improved Tagging

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for planning our content when I can't post live, and for tracking analytics. I love that I don't have to log in to my platform, as everything is centralized. I find Hootsuite's analytics detailed and easy to work with, and appreciate that it's more detailed than native analytics, making data comparable from platform to platform. The 'social score' feature is a fantastic addition that aggregates performance, something I've wanted for a while. Hootsuite also keeps data from the past, which is a great help. The initial setup was super easy, probably one of the easiest platforms I've worked with. I really appreciate the NGO price discount too, which makes it more accessible for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging is a mess and it consumes way too much time. There needs to be a feature that lets you save tags for the same account on different platforms in a 'collection' for auto-inclusion. Often the platform doesn't even respond (I suppose this is due to the native platform's issues).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to plan content when I can't post live and track analytics. It centralizes platform access, makes tracking easy, and provides detailed, visual analytics. The Social Score feature is excellent for performance aggregation.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to centralize posting across multiple social channels and appreciate the reporting tools for monitoring social channel growth and effectiveness. Hootsuite saves time and ensures consistency across our channels. I find it quick and easy to use, and features like tagging and posting to stories are really helpful. We're able to tag partners or organisations to increase post engagement and build relationships. The initial setup was very quick and easy.

The ability to use the collaborate feature on Instagram would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social profiles together, and it simplifies things. It saves a lot of effort. Content calendar I use a lot, it helps me plan ahead and keep everything consistent. I also like the approval process. In a B2B setup, it's important that everything stays on-brand, and this makes that easier. It's also helpful for keeping track of conversations across social media sites so I don't miss anything important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is limited for social media profiles. I understand it's a social tool, but having Google ads integrated would make it much easier to present everything to management in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage B2B communication for technical products at Siva Group. Hootsuite helps bring everything into one dashboard. Earlier, handling was tough. Now I just plan content, schedule post and track interactions more smoothly. It helps me to manage messaging and respond faster. It's important to engage with professional, industry focused audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to plan and execute posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, which lets us use it as a content calendar to see what's coming out and when. We can easily change the dates and times for our posts and draft them as well, providing a way for different people across different teams to see what's going on at the same time very easily. The data capture feature is great for writing reports, allowing us to see views, likes, comments, and shares over specific periods without needing to go directly into each platform. We can also custom filter a report with all the criteria we want to look at at once, which is amazing. I appreciate being able to rearrange the data and create reports ranging from one day to annual reports, which are perfect. Hootsuite is also convenient and user-friendly, making it a great tool for managing content and data reporting in a larger department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is limited in the sense that we can't share stories directly through it. For us, it would be great if we could schedule stories to post on Instagram and Facebook through Hootsuite. By not having this feature, we're required to log on during weekends, which is inconvenient. Sometimes there is a delay or lag in retrieving data, especially from LinkedIn. So we might check it on a Thursday afternoon, but the data from Wednesday morning still isn't there. We also had some issues early on with linking our Facebook account to Hootsuite which was a bit of a hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. It serves as a content calendar, allowing my team to easily view and adjust posts. It solves the problem of using personal devices for scheduling and provides detailed data reports without visiting each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite a lot because it's the easiest platform for me to understand and work with. It's really nice to be able to work with multiple accounts since it's easy to filter through which ones you're using, and uploading source images and videos is a breeze. I appreciate how easy it is to work with my team. Planning content is easy because it tells me when I should post and what trends it has noticed. I would say I never run into many problems using Hootsuite, which is a big plus. The initial setup was extremely easy, making an account was straightforward, and staying logged in is effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it has an easy interface to use. Scheduling social media in advance is another reason I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service takes a very, very long time to get back to me. I've had numerous issues over the multiple years that I've used Hootsuite. And I have been left alone for days. My issues have gone on for days. I've debated on switching to other platforms because these are my clients and their accounts weren't working, they weren't connecting, or various issues over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media in advance, and I like that it has an easy interface to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to do multiple brands, it's super user friendly, I like the AI since it puts in hashtags for me. It connects easily to my social channels, and recommends good times to post. It lets me do more in app, so that I donʻt have to hop back and forth between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
once in a while the connections fail with socials but they get it reconnected quickly, also sometimes it has a hard time with collaborators, so my posts fail because of that

keeping up with consistent posting, hashtags and other ai suggestions like time to post, keeping posts organized and pre planning posts is also key to my business

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media scheduling, which saves so much time as everything is all in one place. I like the ease of use, plain and simple. It's easy to quickly spread a little effort over a lot of ground, which is important when you are the entire marketing team for a small nonprofit. The initial setup was super easy, done in maybe 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights and analytics page is not entirely reliable. The data seems to have holes in it sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to save time by scheduling social media posts from one place. I like its ease of use, allowing me to manage multiple platforms effortlessly, unlike Meta Business Suite which only supports Facebook and Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the deep insights analytics provides and the depth of the insights for each platform. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature for captions could be improved. Also, Instagram posts often fail when I try to tag or add a collaborator.
