Effortless Social Media Scheduling Made Simple

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of posting / scheduling social media content. Using any social media platform, this is a good way to upload, create and share all relevant content
What do you dislike about the product?
Timings to schedule are rigid (ie, every 15 minutes; it would look more organic if users could select their own timings). Appearing organic to our users is important
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to post larger content (photos or videos, for example) to Instagram - stuff that isn't always easy via Meta. Logistically, this is easier for me

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media scheduling and it saves me lots of time and is very efficient. I like the AI features and how easy it is to use. It's very creative, provides good writing, and helps inspire me to create good posts. The initial setup was very easy with good instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an easy-to-use platform that I use daily for work. The ability to easily reorganize social posts in the scheduling tool is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add links to images as well as adding music to posts

Hootsuite makes it easy to post on multiple channels and respond to comments or messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts across multiple platforms at once is straightforward. As someone new to this role, I found it easy to get started, quickly learn the system, and smoothly take over social media management from my predecessor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a post is published, you can't edit it, so if you need to make changes, you have to delete and repost, which I find frustrating. There are also many extra features that I haven't used or that don't apply to our needs, making it feel like a waste of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down the time spent posting/scheduling social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite since launching my company in 2012. Social media is a rapidly changing entity with new platforms coming, and older ones changing or going defunct. Throughout all this continual turmoil, Hootsuite has been a constant, evolving along with the changing social media landscape. Hootsuite creates new tools, refines and updates older ones, and it is always in step with the pulse of social media. From analytics, to scheduling, to listening, Hootsuite is the ONLY scheduling tool that does everything. Customer service is topnotch as well. Truly, I love everything about Hootsuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I am fortunate to have started as a legacy member of Hootsuite, I know that prices have had to increase to accommodate updates and changes. I know these updates in tools are absolutely essential, and appreciate that Hootsuite invests in improvements for users. But many of the social media manager groups to which I belong talk about how pricey it is for solopreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple accounts and platforms an efficient and collaborative process that is easy for my team to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule or do daily posts as well as see a visual of the posts before they go out. I also like seeing the posting calendar. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could think of is pricing, as the price has increased a lot over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows easy access to manage social media posts, making scheduling and posting effortless. I like the visual calendar and how I can see post previews before they're published.
