User-Friendly Platform with Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite is very user-friendly, even though I just started using it. The interface is pretty self-explanatory, which makes it easy to navigate. I appreciate the ease of scheduling content and the DM automation feature. Being able to duplicate posts saves me so much time, which is a huge plus. The analytics provided by Hootsuite are way better than those from other tools like Meta Business Suite or Instagram Insights. It's super helpful to have everything in one interface, especially the built-in DM automation, which eliminates the need for additional tools like ManyChat. Exporting reports is straightforward, and if I need help reading them, I can use AI for assistance. The initial setup was very easy, and I think I could have figured it out on my own even without help. Overall, having everything in one place has made managing social media much simpler for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my biggest issue is that you can only use DM automation on a post that's been scheduled within Hootsuite. If I wanted to do an Instagram reel and need particular audio or other elements, it's easier to create it directly inside Instagram. I wish that reels or scheduled content could be linked to Hootsuite so I could use DM automation without needing a workaround. It would be helpful if the DM automation was better linked to Instagram itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to easily duplicate posts, saving time on content repurposing. It offers better analytics than other tools and simplifies scheduling and DM automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great and offers a wide variety of features. The calendar scheduling is easy to use and includes helpful options like text editing, as well as channel and content-type selection for social media posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could be improved, as I was only able to reach support via chat. It would also be useful to include integration with design tools like Canva to automate graphic creation and make importing easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Hootsuite for social media post scheduling. It is an efficient tool saving me a lot of time when posting to multiple accounts. The AI feature for editing text is advanced and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Publish and schedule your social media posts easily on multiple platforms with one click. Social media analyst is also a good feature of the Hootsuite, and the best is its suggestion of the best time to post, which is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the hootsuit is slightly higher and I believe it should be lower with some common features. This way anyone could benefit from the same advantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publish the post on all social media platforms from a central location. Include the best time to post and any helpful analysis. An AI assistant with an image and caption generator is also a great option.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful social media management tool for centralizing scheduling and analytics when you work on multiple social pages. I can manage several accounts from just one dashboard. Saves a lot of time and reduces the need to log in/out from each platform individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a steeper learning curve if compared with other analog but simpler tools. It no longer offers a free plan and the monthly cost can be challenging for small businesses.

Working with multiple teams on content creation can raise approval and role-management issues, Hootsuite provides approvals and shared workflows so teams can work together without confusion.

All-in-one dashboard, solid analytic, bulk scheduling, team collaboration features, such as shared calendars, streams for real-time monitoring - it makes easy to watch keywords, DM's, comments and brand mentions.

The price is high, support quality could be better, occasional performance lag. Scheduling experience isn't intuitive, drag-and-drop calendar and scheduling sometimes feels less smooth than competitors.

It turns chaos into order. Instead of jugging platforms, logging into multiple apps, and manually posting and monitoring, everything is organized in one place – saving time, reducing stress and helping me work smarter.

What I like most about Hootsuite is how much time it saves me when it comes to scheduling content across different platforms. I manage multiple social channels, and having everything in one place means I’m not constantly jumping between tabs or trying to remember what I posted where. The visual calendar is super useful for seeing the week at a glance, and I like how easy it is to tweak scheduled posts if plans change. I also really rate the ability to preview posts and track which ones are performing best over time, especially with the built-in analytics. It helps me plan more intentionally instead of just posting randomly and hoping for engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the pricing could be more flexible, especially for people who are just starting out or managing smaller brands. Some useful features like team collaboration or advanced reporting are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel a bit limiting. The mobile app could also be smoother, it works, but the desktop experience is definitely better. Sometimes it also takes a second to sync updates across accounts, which can get frustrating when you're making quick edits.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for scheduling content on a variety of social media platforms. It has some nice built-in features like link shortening and analytics reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks about the platform. For example, I can't make a custom shortened link for different platforms in the same window. I have to do it separately, which ends up defeating the purpose of having an efficient, one-window process for multiple platforms. Occasionally a post won't go through as well due to API issues. Additionally, the cost can be pricey compared to some other platforms on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason we use Hootsuite is for pre-scheduling content. However, its other features are helpful as well such as insights, analytics, and social listening. Pre-scheduling allows us to prepare content in advance for multiple platforms and have them send on the days and times we want regardless of whether someone is working or not.
