Effortless Social Media Management and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite for its simplicity, which makes it easy for us to upload graphics and do our social media posting all at one time. It's more efficient because we can post to multiple social media sites at once. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything at this time that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to participate in social media without an extra employee. It's simple to use, makes uploading graphics easy, and lets us post to multiple social media sites at once, making us more efficient.
Huge Time Saver with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for over a decade. Hootsuite saves me a lot of time by enabling me to schedule our social media posts in advance. I appreciate being able to spend a few hours on a single day to handle this task rather than doing it in real time. The calendar function is really handy, allowing me to visually see what I have scheduled for the next couple of days. Also, I'm a visual person, and being able to see the calendar and understand where I still need to post content is super duper helpful. Plus, it's an easy software to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd love to be able to do is to edit across platforms. So let's say I schedule a post across four platforms, and then I have to edit the graphic. I have to reupload the graphic to each platform as opposed to just making one seamless edit across all the way that you can when you're posting things for the first time. That's the only thing that I've come across that I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me schedule social media posts across multiple platforms in a few hours, which saves an enormous amount of time. Its calendar function helps me visually plan posts, making it easy to see what’s scheduled.

I like using Hootsuite for social media management. I find it easy to use, which makes managing tasks smoother. The analytics are somewhat detailed, which is good for high-level reporting. The initial setup was very easy too.

Hootsuite Makes Long-Term Content Scheduling Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's calendar allows me to schedule out content weeks or even months in advance. In my position at a nonprofit, where I am 5 people, this is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Hootsuite is that the suggested posting times are incredibly vague. It would be helpful if, with the analytic system, Hootsuite could provide more specific suggested posting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving my lack of time. I am quite literally doing 5 different roles in my position and Hootsuite is saving me hours with the scheduling tool, the 2.0 inbox that allows me to comment or reply to messages without navigating out of Hootsuite, and I can edit posts before they are live directly in Hootsuite.
Streamlined Multitasking with Powerful Integrations and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration and ability to multitask along with the analytic capabilities. I love how to more you use it the more you get. It streamlines my ability to post multiple places
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to have a facebook connected to instagram to use a business account. it is prohibitive for me since there are issues internally regarding ownership
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having to post multiple different places. I also hate meta business suite so avoiding that is amazing. It also saves myself and my supervisor time and energy in the approval process
Robust Analytics, But Onboarding Could Be More Hands-On
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting/analytics feature is very robust and allows me to get a high level into the analytics while also looking at the details of the data as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of formal onboarding felt like I was just handed the product and expected to watch the live webinars. My agent could have been more hands on in the transition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule my posts out, find out what people are saying about my chosen topic online through social listening, and allowing me to do all things social in one place.
Massive Time-Saver for Scheduling Across Multiple Channels and Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling to multiple channels saves me so much time! We post to multiple channels across two separate companies and being able to see it all in one place is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company is fairly small. I would love to take advantage of the listening tools, but I think we are a bit to niche to really benefit from it. There is a makeup company with the same name making it hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just time. I am the only person who handles our social media. I have to do it all start to finish. Hootsuite makes it easy to get everything scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling Instagram posts across multiple different accounts. I like how user-friendly it is and that it is easy to navigate all the different features. Everything on the website is cut and dry, and the toggles on the side make it easy to find all information and apps. The initial setup was effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could select more specific times except on the 5s and 0s. Being able to select more specific times is my biggest ask. It helps it look more natural when posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of remembering when to post. I can schedule Instagram posts for the week in advance and not worry about it.
Affordable, Easy-to-Use Social Media Management with Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite covers the basics for a social media manager and team. You can easily schedule your content on the desired channels in the calendar and plan section, grab data from your campaigns, and set up listening for your brand. It's a great, easy to use tool. It is also extremely affordable. You're not paying for fluff. The support and onboarding team has also been very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My two pain points with Hootsuite is that the left-hand side bar is a bit clunky. For certain things you have to do multiple clicks and it's not always super intuitive. Not the end of the world but can be a bit limiting until you figure out where things are. The other issue is the lack of listening notifications that can be sent to my mobile. I need more alert options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves multiple problems for me on a daily basis. The biggest one is scheduling my social media content across my brand's channels. I can schedule ahead, add tags, customize posts across channels within one UI, etc. Other problems include, listening and analytics. I'm able to listening across the web for mentions of my brand so I can respond quickly. I'm also able to provide data on my campaigns to the appropriate teams. I also use Hootsuite Amplify, which allows me to build a employee social media advocacy program.
Streamlined Social Media Management, Perfect for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Really, the scheduling calendar is my favorite part. Being able to see all of the posts that I have scheduled for all of our businesses in one place is super convenient. The ability to duplicate posts and reschedule them for other times is also a total game changer for me. It's really user-friendly and intuitive. So, even as a team of one, it helps consolidate tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the AI little bot feature. I don't think that the post it generates are very useful. And then sometimes there's resizing issues with images across platforms. Between LinkedIn and Facebook and Instagram, I wish it was a little more automatic resizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite consolidates my social channels, making it easier to schedule posts and ensure I hit all necessary platforms. The scheduling calendar offers convenience by allowing me to view all posts in one place, and duplicating posts to reschedule them is a game changer.
