What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most from the beginning was how flexible it is. I can create pages, databases, to-do lists, content calendars, and keep everything connected without needing multiple tools. The interface also feels very clean and easy to customize depending on what I need
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me was the initial learning curve. Since the platform is very flexible, it took some time to build a workflow that worked well for me, but after that the experience improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helped me centralize social media management into one dashboard. Instead of posting manually across different platforms, I could schedule content ahead of time, save time, and stay more consistent with my online presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as social media manager at Difference a small marketing agency and also run my creative studio, Not Another Manager. That means I constantly manage content across multiple brands and platforms. I like most Hootsuite's managing capability in one place. It helps scheduling content that saves lot of time. It makes easy to manage multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the premium apps and integrations are useful for managing clients require additional spending. That increase significantly bill. That's not big issue but if premium apps can be free that will help to our small agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me keep social media operations organized across both Difference(my full time job) and Not Another Manager(my small agency). Instead of jumping between social sites, I schedule content, engage and reports from a single tool. It saves time and effort. So I can focus on creative part of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I can access great analytics reports. I also have access to social listening, and I can create posts for multiple accounts. Overall, it’s a great social media management program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m unable to fix a mistake with the group where I sent the bulk of posts, like I was able to do with Soci. There always seem to be a lot of issues with the API and with overall connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an easier interface for our company and content collaborators to understand, and it has helped increase the production of posts for our accounts. It’s also easier to send a post in bulk to multiple accounts.

Powerful Scheduling with Minor Glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Hootsuite to schedule my posts for all my social media accounts. I love that I can see the calendar clearly, so I don't have to guess the timings, and I can schedule posts easily at the best times. I like the new AI components that let me adjust the tone or length of posts or fix grammar. It's great that I can easily see which posts are working and re-schedule them for a later time. If I have last-minute doubts, I can always check with the AI to see if there are grammar issues or make it shorter if it's too long.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that's been bothering me is that if I drag and drop posts in Firefox they disappear until I reload the page again. It wasn't easy, the learning curve was quite steep and I feel I am still not mastering some important features, but I believe I will get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule posts across social media without guessing timings. The calendar view helps and AI components adjust tone, shorten, or fix grammar, boosting post effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media accounts and I really like the post scheduling feature. It allows me to schedule posts for different platforms in advance, which saves me time and keeps my content organized. I find it helpful that I can manage all accounts from one dashboard. The initial setup was very easy for me as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is expensive, and key features are available only in higher-tier plans.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize my content and schedule it in advanced. It is very helpful when you wanted to post content across your social media platforms because you can post at the same time on different socials
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is useful for scheduling, but Instagram Reels posting and real-time engagement are often faster and more intuitive in the native app. But I still love hootsuite for content planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that all my social posts are centralized in Hootsuite, rather than having to switch between apps during the day. The calendar view offers a better view of what's scheduled and helps identify holes in the schedule before they do. Probably the most used feature is scheduling posts ahead of time. It is also very useful when more than one person is required to view posts before they are taken out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is somewhat cluttered at times particularly when I'm just trying to do something simple. Some elements appear to be buried under menus, so a bit of a click to get where I want. Also, I believe that the cost might seem steep if you're a small company or utilizing a single account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts so that I don't have to manually post everything. It saves time because I can do batches of work, and get posts ready for other channels in one go. It also helps maintain a regular posting schedule rather than it being random. The best thing about it for me is that I feel more organized and not as rushed.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're spending six hours a week copying and pasting from one platform to another, you're not an analyst. The same goes if you're doing the same thing with data from one platform to another. They create a new Integration Wall, leaving users in a compromise. The repetitive material, hashtags and alt-text, five different versions of a caption for five different platforms, all are done by AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe in 'friction free' living. You begin with business goals; then you go through marketing goals and then finally a social goal. Usability is no longer the only thing competitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The VP of Creative wants to see the format details and inspiration, but the CFO needs a top-level overview of how social can be used to boost performance across the company. Reduction in operational expense due to structured efficiencies, and pipeline revenue for our operators. Shift in metrics from short term ‘virality' to long term business value supported by executive level pipeline metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to schedule posts in advance, to differentiate posts between platforms, and being provided guidance on optimal times to post makes it easy to use and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were better analytics available, and that notifications/comments across platforms were updated more in real time. In addition, it would be great to have less AI suggestions and more refined suggestions coming from social media experts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me have one centralized location to use to post content, though the YouTube integration could be much smoother. We are really benefitting from having our posts scheduled with intention.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite is simple to use. It allows me to do approvals, serves as a calendar, and makes it easy to automate tasks. It's really handy for posting on multiple platforms, even with different messages, and I love the AI feature. Hootsuite gave us more options compared to our previous tool and the initial setup was very easy, with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could direct schedule stories from YouTube shorts and integrate with all of the social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to post on multiple platforms and manage different messages. It simplifies my tasks by linking my account to Twitter and enhancing the experience with AI.
