Consistent Cross-Platform Scheduling with Accurate Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It supports all the platforms I need and has been extremely consistent. My posts always go up on time, and the analytics are accurate—exactly what I’m looking for when I need to share results with execs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it never collects older data. Other platforms pull data from previous months, whereas Hootsuite doesn’t, and that impacts my year-over-year reporting. I also don't like that they support ICE

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's ability to manage multiple social media accounts in one dashboard, schedule posts in advance, and monitor engagement in real-time. The analytics and reporting features make it easy to track campaign performance, while team collaboration tools help coordinate content planning and approvals efficiently. Managing multiple accounts in one dashboard saves a lot of time, as we don't need to log in to each platform separately. Scheduling posts ensures content goes out consistently, even across different time zones. Real-time engagement monitoring helps us respond quickly to audience interactions, while the analytics allow us to track performance and adjust campaigns efficiently, making Hootsuite essential for organized and effective social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of Hootsuite include a somewhat complex interface for new users, occasional delays in post scheduling updates, and limited advanced analytics compared to specialized tools. Improving usability, speed, and deeper reporting capabilities would enhance the overall experience.

Easy Planning & All-In-One Socials Management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is cool and the centralized dashboard which allows me to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. Also being able to plan out a week or month's worth of content all at once is a massive time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite used to have a free plan like other competitors, but they have since removed that while the base pricing is pegged at a mid-level tier for their peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps to address the time consuming nature of juggling separate logins for multiple social media. It also enables us to keep up with consistent posting because of the convenient scheduling it offers.

What do you like best about the product?
In my routine work, I regularly share women’s health awareness and pregnancy related posts on LinkedIn and Twitter. What I like most about Hootsuite is the ability to schedule posts in advance, especially when I plan weekly health topics like antenatal care, menstrual health, and patient awareness updates. Managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard saves time, as I don’t need to log in separately to each platform. I also use the calendar view to plan posts for different days of the week, which helps me maintain consistency even during busy hospital hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small point I noticed is that when managing multiple scheduled posts, the dashboard can take a few seconds to load at times. It is not a major issue, but during busy hours even small delays are noticeable. Apart from this, the platform works well for regular posting, and once everything is set up, it runs smoothly in daily use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, posting health awareness content separately on LinkedIn and Twitter took extra time, and sometimes I missed posting during busy working hours. Planning posts manually each day was not always practical. With Hootsuite, I now prepare and schedule posts in advance, usually for a few days or a full week at a time. This helps me share educational health content on time without affecting my routine work. It has made posting more consistent and saves effort in daily social media management.

I like all the various metrics available when exporting a report on Hootsuite. It allows me to analyze more data and make changes accordingly. It also helps present deeper insights on how a brand's social media is performing. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling stories on Instagram via Hootsuite does not allow you to add links.

Nothing to be honest, compared to the previous tool that we had, this meets all our needs. From the easy inbox use to monitor all our channels to the Analytics area for our daily reporting.

Honestly, what I like most about Hootsuite is how simple it makes managing everything. I don’t have to keep jumping between different apps—everything is in one dashboard, which saves me a lot of time and mental energy.
The scheduling feature is probably the biggest win for me. I can plan content ahead of time, stay consistent, and not stress about having to post every single day. The analytics are also genuinely helpful without feeling overly complicated. Overall, it keeps my workflow organized and a lot less messy, especially when I’m handling multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite saves our small team hours of time by letting us manage multiple social media platforms from one dashboard. Also, when the team member responsible for social media is on vacation, Hootsuite lets us schedule posts in advance, which helps us maintain consistent engagement with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve to learn about using all of the various features in Hootsuite, which is why only one team member is trained to use this software. We have also had occasional issues the platform not posting our content. Working out what was happening too some time as their customer service was not as receptive as I'd hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small nonprofit organization, the greatest benefit Hootsuite brings to our team is the staff time it saves when managing the large number of social media accounts we use.

Didn't know a platform like this existed, makes multi posting to socials extremely simple. I enjoy that I only need to setup a post once and it can auto generate the post for different platforms

Maybe the layout in which posts are shown on the calendar. There was initial difficulty figuring out how to see the times in which the posts were scheduled for
