Hootsuite is great for the most part!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the planner feature in Hootsuite. It allows me to plan and schedule my social media in advance, and almost "set it and forget it."
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite looses it's connection to Instagram or Twitter, but it's usually back up and running in a day or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amount of time spent on scheduling social media and providing our board with analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling capabilities and the insights you can get. It's easy to use and to sign up for it. The spend is a bit much if you're just starting out but its good for small to large companies to manage the workload. I use it every day but ideally i'd prefer not to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches often resulting in posts and stories not going out on time. This can be very annoying if you're not a hands on creator. it's not the best when posting to tik tok because it limits characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to have a full view on all of our social media channels without having to access multiple applications. The app is also pretty helpful on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we're able to bring our company's many social media channels into one place where it's easy for us to post across channels with ease. The new reporting features are helpful and the advanced AI features also add. It's easy to keep track of performance and the price is reasonable enough to fit into our nonprofit budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I have few complaints about Hootsuite. I would like to see more robust options in reporting over time, particularly with the ability to export reports that I can use to better present to the C-Suite level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to post across our many channels was difficult for our smaller nonprofit team, but Hootsuite makes it easy to manage our significant list of channels and makes scheduling posts a breeze. It's helped us get on top of our social media game and improves overall results. Easier posting opportunities also boosts performance overall for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, colourful and fun to use

Sometimes glitches micht occurr but so far the team at Hootsuite have been very helpful in resolving them

Changed the way we manage organic social channels

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of switching between channels, building drafts and reporting on post effectiveness. Hootsuite has allowed us to manage all social channels in one place and set permissions for teams, we use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see a snapshot of post performance via the calendar view, rather than having to find it within the analytics tab. Other than that, can't think of any other negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives greater flexibility on assigning team permissions, from social managers to customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite makes it easy to manage and connect so many social accounts. I can see my content calendar all in one place and schedule new posts easily. The reporting features are also a big help. No more scrolling through the ever changing Meta Business Suite. It's all in on Hootsuite. It's super easy to get your accounts all setup and integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found many downsides with Hootsuite but if I had to choose one it would be that it's very slow on Safari. When I type my post out it slowly crawls through each word and I have to slow down to make sure the spelling is correct the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite brings together all of your social accounts. It's a huge benefit to be able to see all my posts and schedule new posts in one single window.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super intuitive and easy to use. It takes little time to learn and it does exactly what it's supposed to do in terms of a social media scheduling platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently changed the scheduling calendar, so that there aren't time blocks you can choose from. It's a running block of time and you have to manually change what time you want to schedule the post. It's more inconvenient than anything. I wish they'd change it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allow me to schedule social media for 5 different businesses in a very easy way.

Convenient but Buggy

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's tools such as their AI assistant, hashtag generator, in depth reporting, and scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are noticeable bugs that stop me from using the product. There are times when I'm unable to upload media while creating a post. Also, Hootsuite doesn't automatically save your post progress in case it crashes or you click outside the post creator box--which has happened a couple of times to me. It would save me more time and stress if it automatically saved posts as drafts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me solve my time management and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts for multiple platforms! It's great that it's all in one place, rather than having to go to each individual social media site. We use it for everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplication feature can be a bit frustrating, as I can't actually create a new post. If I duplicate a post, it overwrites the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create and schedule within Hootsuite is makes content creation and scheduling a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to set posts well in advance so I can focus on other obligations I have, such as customer service, sales, and responding to the feedback I get on previous posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if moving around content were easier. The hashtag generator could also use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post series of content on multiple platforms simultaneously.
