What do you like best about the product?
i like the templates, like social media calendar for every month, then important presentation templates, and the news alerts, chatbot feature for the website, and lms feature in the hootsuite tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its little bit expensive and more details needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
chatbot features for the website, it automiatically replies, and saves the chat, phone number and email id in the hootsuite tool, which is good and useful
Useful tool for comprehensive social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provide many features in one app.Dashboard, analytics, scheduling capabilities,analytics, monitoring, etc. The app has a user friendly interface as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is an overall powerful tool, but some downsides could be its pricing, learning curve, slow customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is providing an all-in-one social media management, providing features like scheduling,analytics, monitoring. It has also helped us seamlessly integrate with third party tools like Google drive,dropbox. It has helped us to consolidate our social media managment in one platform, and helping employees to run social campaigns efficiently.
A helpful Social Media Tool - Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I'm working as a freelancer and when it comes to suggesting a tool for social media I recommend my trusted Hootsuite is helpful when it comes to scheduling your social media posts. You can manage multiple accounts, collaborate, and have a great analytical window.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a freelancer pricing is a point I can say!

Scheduling according to my content calender

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite continues to enhance the offerings provided for clients. I started out with a free subscription and have now grown it to an Enterprise account. I have assistance as needed when I reach out. I use it multiple times a day. It is rather easy to use. I was able to integrate it into my processes quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of using a third party tool to post is that the algorithms on the social platforms are not always as good as posting organically to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite included Canva, AI and connecting to new social platforms regularly.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to be able to post to all my social accounts at the same time.

It is difficult to connect with customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by posting to all three social media accounts at once. Hashtag recommendations, AI content support.
Hootsuite is great for the most part!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the planner feature in Hootsuite. It allows me to plan and schedule my social media in advance, and almost "set it and forget it."
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite looses it's connection to Instagram or Twitter, but it's usually back up and running in a day or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amount of time spent on scheduling social media and providing our board with analytics.
It's great if you don't want to use your personal profile
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling capabilities and the insights you can get. It's easy to use and to sign up for it. The spend is a bit much if you're just starting out but its good for small to large companies to manage the workload. I use it every day but ideally i'd prefer not to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches often resulting in posts and stories not going out on time. This can be very annoying if you're not a hands on creator. it's not the best when posting to tik tok because it limits characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to have a full view on all of our social media channels without having to access multiple applications. The app is also pretty helpful on the go.
Social Media for Nonprofits Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Love that we're able to bring our company's many social media channels into one place where it's easy for us to post across channels with ease. The new reporting features are helpful and the advanced AI features also add. It's easy to keep track of performance and the price is reasonable enough to fit into our nonprofit budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I have few complaints about Hootsuite. I would like to see more robust options in reporting over time, particularly with the ability to export reports that I can use to better present to the C-Suite level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to post across our many channels was difficult for our smaller nonprofit team, but Hootsuite makes it easy to manage our significant list of channels and makes scheduling posts a breeze. It's helped us get on top of our social media game and improves overall results. Easier posting opportunities also boosts performance overall for our organization.

Sometimes glitches micht occurr but so far the team at Hootsuite have been very helpful in resolving them

Helping my team maintain an overview of a large amount of direct messages and social media posts across all of our channels
Changed the way we manage organic social channels
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of switching between channels, building drafts and reporting on post effectiveness. Hootsuite has allowed us to manage all social channels in one place and set permissions for teams, we use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see a snapshot of post performance via the calendar view, rather than having to find it within the analytics tab. Other than that, can't think of any other negatives.

Hootsuite gives greater flexibility on assigning team permissions, from social managers to customer support.
