Easy scheduling - Hootsuite does it right!

What do you like best about the product?
As a PR person, using Hootsuite changes my social media game! Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule all my posts in one place. Great service that I ALWAYS recommend to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is when using Hootsuite on mobile while live posting, the app tends to upload photos wrong (horizontal or vertical from what I need it to be) and I have to delete and open the social app to upload there instead to make sure its correct. That's disappointing. I would also prefer to go back to the old streams screen so the scheduled posts are also present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one social media management that helps increase productivity. Hootsuite keeps all my socials current and I'm a big fan of scheduling ahead of time. Bringing together all of my organization's platforms in one makes my job so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports are my favorite, giving me insights on how my brand is performing in all platforms. The advantage is that i can easily keep a track of the industry benchmark and also keep an eye on my competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Owly AI is the least helpful for me. This feature is something that I would not use for my brand, as it is healthcare related.3
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is an easy tool to do my postings seamlessly from wherever I am, regardless of the time. Helpful for monthly meeting as the reports are generated taht efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule social posts across multiple channels well in advance and provides recommended times for posting based on past performance analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite offered the ability to tag companies and people when scheduling posts, rather than having to manually edit the post after it's been posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule social posts ahead of time so that I can stay organized and not have to constantly worry about posting in real time.

Some features can tend to be a little complicated for beginners

What do you like best about the product?
I need a simple interface and the ability to scheduel out for months. Hootsuite has always offered this while I used it and it is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less and less channels and functions to it

The ability to schedule posts without having to think aboutit three times a day manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is pretty amazing, and an assortment of marketing & sales tools is what makes it a better choice for maintaining a seamless consumer experience and developing new business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only can be a bit cumbersome to manage everything in one place, I particularly felt some hassle in building consumer profiles from scratch but once you get a hang of it - it's pretty usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple solutions in one place, maintaining multiple profiles directly makes it highly efficient in daily workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Ok service. There are lots of other alternatives out there that do the same things without the exorbitant price. Support is never helpful. Most of the times we had to figure things ourselves or just live with the bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. We signed up at $75 per month. They doubled the rate to $150 per month, without any added feature, functionality... and kept automatically charging our card for the increased price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submit social media posts together on different sites.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides all useful functionalities in a single dashboard. It helps our team to automate social media management like scheduling posts,monitoring and analytics. It provides a good UI as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page load slow which consumes lot of time , and the custom support is not that fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is enabling us to save a lot of time by automating social media tasks like posting new posts in various social media, and plan weeks in ahead.

Scheduling post, managing multiple pages at the same time can connect to multiple pages with same ID

One thing I would like to share that I didn't like is glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I have used other tools to manage my socials and create a unique content calendar but I haven't found any of those as useful as this one. This tool has made my life easy and if you're someone who's looking for a solution to their social media problems, this is the platform you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times you'd find some small limitations here and there, nothing too serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to organize my content, create a comprehensive plan as well. I'm in love with this organizational feature.
