Great Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and scheduling capabilities have significantly improved our workflow, saving us time and enabling us to plan and execute campaigns efficiently. Hootsuite's analytics provide insightful data that helps us measure the success of our campaigns and refine our strategies.

Furthermore, the platform's ability to integrate with various social media networks and third-party apps has made it easier for us to manage and monitor our online presence. The customer support team is also responsive and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Overall, Hootsuite has been a game-changer for our marketing and communications efforts, and I highly recommend it to any organization looking to enhance their social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes the profiles disconnect or it is hard to know sizing on certain elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to have items scheduled ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite is user friend and contiuously improving and adding features to make their software better. It has an intuitive interface and streamlined easy set up and connect platforms. I've used upwards of 10 different platforms and always come back to Hootesuite. High recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cons:
-No media library to save content on platform
-Can't import calendars
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule and preview content and posts, as well as easily modify content reflect the demographics on different SMS platforms without having to create individual posts for each.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a great tool for managing our social media presence. Its user-friendly interface and ai features have significantly improved my efficiency and allowed me to focus on creating engaging content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite sometimes has post failures but they do their best to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite's scheduling features have been invaluable, allowing me to plan and publish content in advance across multiple platforms. This has significantly reduced the time spent on daily posting and freed up my time to analyze performance data and develop more effective social media strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Hootsuite in the past when a lot of the options were free. Now, I'm using it at my job and it's still great, but even greater. I like the custom reports feature and all of the tools that are used to assist and connect you to different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike the struggle with uploading videos, but now, it's a lot easier. My one pain-point is that when I try to edit a video in the Hootsuite editor, it publishes with no sound, even when the sound icon shows that the volume is all the way up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It schedules reels and is less buggie than Meta Business Suite's scheduler.

Seamless Management of Multiple Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
The best things are the ease of adding new accounts and overall management of multiple accounts, although the analytics are also high on the list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes are actually not the fault of Hootsuite, e.g., not being able to simultaneously post to more than one X account or to select X profiles from a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has let me increase the number of social media clients we have and the analytics help us keep those clients.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Hootsuite for a couple of months now and so far it has been amazing to schedule all our content under one umbrella. It is user-friendly and customer support is quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems good! No dislikes here!

Scheduling out as far as possible and having all socials under one umbrella has made it so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is fantastic because it allows you to monitor and manage all of your social media platforms from one place. What I appreciated most was all of the free guides and training offered. I was new to my position and had to learn what I could on the go. Their training made it so easy! There's also a very handy mobile app.

The setup was a piece of cake, and the interface is extremely user-friendly. There are ai components built in, along with a media library and a customizable analytics page. We use this software literally every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive all messages sent from our platforms, EXCEPT for Facebook event invites. I got so used to doing everything through this platform because you can for most things. I did not realize that one of our community partners had invited us to co-host an event and it was almost an issue when I did not accept. I wish you could see event invites within your messages.

However, Hootsuite is always asking for ways to improve, and then implementing those solutions, so I wouldn't be surprised if that changes shortly after this review goes live!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves a lot of scheduling nightmares by giving me a comprehensive calendar for all platforms. It is also great for inspiring new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a one-stop-shop for my social media management needs. It allows me to integrate several platforms into one easy to navigate dashboard. This, along with analytics which allow for comparative analysis, Hootsuite sets the bar very high and I couldn't imagine how much more challenging my work would be without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved the grammerley integration. I think it needs a comparable offering for analysing posts on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several platforms in one place saves time.

Stay Organized & Post Consistently

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a huge time saver in my daily workflow — managing 10 social accounts, I used to log into and post on each separately, which could take an hour or more per piece of content. Now, I can post to multiple accounts at once, repurposing and re-writing content suited to each platform quickly and efficiently. Implimenting Hootsuite for my company has been one of my biggest successes in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to scheudle & post to Instagram stories via Hootsuite. I hope this is a feature that comes in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take me hours per week to schedule social media content. Now, I spend a few minutes a day scheduling and organizing content, making my workflow much more effient and my posts more consistent across my company's social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Hootsuite is. The interface is constantly being worked on and unlike many platforms that change things you like, Hootsuite has always improved its layout. It is also very easy to get in touch with someone if you're confused on how to do something or to know if you are able to do something on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is it took us a while to figure out exactly what plan we needed. It was a little confusing to know without buying a plan what all we received with each subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absolutely love their analytics and how much you can personalize what you want to see. We also send off analytics for board meetings and being able to download a PDF with all the analytics we look at quickly is so beneficial.
