Hootsuite is the easiest way to get out a high volume of content.

It's the easiest way to get out a high volume of content for multiple clients.

I wish the tagging feature was easier to use.

Time-Saving Social Media Management with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, and it really helps with time management by making the scheduling process more efficient. I love the reporting and competitive analysis features. They make it easier to see what performs well and understand what my customer base wants to see. They also provide insights into how we are doing compared to other companies in our industry. Setting up Hootsuite was so easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes there is a lag when opening Hootsuite. So maybe faster online speed. Quicker response time, quicker website open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, which saves time on time management and reporting. It makes it easier to see what performs well and gauge our performance compared to other companies.
Improved Ad Creation!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the improved Ad. creation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytic tools are cumbersome when using.

Hootsuite makes it easy and quick to schedule content. I also appreciate the improved ad. scheduling features.
Best Tool for the Job
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's social listening tools, the AI that they have recently installed, the calendar, the recommended posting times, and the ability to manage all my social media accounts in one place. As a social media coordinator for a business that runs 3 brands on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, this has been a convenient and easy tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always get a notification in my inbox every time I'm tagged across my social accounts and I cannot schedule or post Reels or Shorts from Hootsuite, but no one can do that at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to check 3 accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X every day, which is so helpful! I can also plan posts for the best time depending on each brand's audience.
Hootsuite - Easy to use, Some things could use some improvement but overall I recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, great interface. I love how Hootsuite offers certifications too. They have great customer support. It makes my job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy at times and messes up UTM links so I would have to post most things one platform at a time. Once I got into the routine it didn't bother me, but I wish it was easier. Also, not sure if its their APIs with different social platforms (I know especially Meta they are constantly updating their systems/algorithms so I know its amazing that Hootsuite can stay on top of it) but the analytics were at times very unreliable. One last thing - I wish Hootsuite would notify you in advanced when an account is about to be disconnected because once it is, it messes up analytics.

Scheduling content in advanced, gathering social media analytics at just a few clicks.
Have used for years and love it
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is by far the easiest social media management tool I've used and I've used several. I love that it gives you analytics and you can run campaigns through it and the end of the year wrap they give is the best! Our team uses it every single day. We have several older team members and even implimenting it with them was flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connectivity issues where posts don't go up as scheduled, but that's on the social platforms and not necessarily a Hootsuite issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a ton of time from manually going into each social account and scheduling posts. Plus being able to see all the analytics all in the same spot is awesome.
Create Content and Schedule Instantly
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's dashboard is well-designed, It offers a clean and organized layout that makes it easy to navigate between multiple social media accounts and schedule posts instantly. I also absolutely love the detailed analytics, makes reporting so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hootsuite, is not using it sooner! It has made my work so much more ecfficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time by being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms. On my vacation time, I do not have to worry about social media at all.

The ease of use. How they add new features. Customer support is helpful

They changed the overall layout, it's harder to tag accounts. The team accounts are pricy

Being able to get content quickly at the right times.
Second Year Using Hootsuite and It's Better Than Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is intuitive to use, so I've had no trouble scaling my operations. I schedule a lot of content on a daily basis, and the platform allows me to see what I've posted and what I have available to me. Also, the software is never down or glitchy, and I've never even had to reach out for technical support. That's a big plus for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't think there's anything I dislike about Hootsuite at this time. I know I have not fully maximized the use of the platform yet, especially in terms of analytics, but it's something I plan to do in the next year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I continue to manage the social media accounts of multiple companies and Hootsuite is allowing me to do that with a minimum of time and effort.
An absolute MUST for managing multiple accounts.

I enjoy the ease of use, especially when publishing and tracking multiple accounts across many networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can seem high, especially if you don't fully understand the suite of tools you are receiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of being able to broadcast to many networks while staying flexible at our events. With little time to sit down at an actual computer, the ability to manage our brand so seamlessly "on the go" is a key benefit to our organization.
