What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use and keep track of all of the accounts that i run.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can run a little slow sometimes and the mobile app is a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts with ease and keeping track of stats.

Instagram integration is quite lacking and glitchy

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and clear, especially the analytics page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my different social media accounts are signed out and I have to re-sign them back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can analyse my posts , metrics and try out new times and content.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use! I wouldnt use any other platform! Its easy to implement. Customer support is amazing. I use it literally every day. They have so many amazing features. Easy integration. Its such a wonderful program. GET IT!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ony thing I dislik is the random times it doesnt post my scheduled content but that does not happen very often at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to manage social media content for 10+ accounts. Hootsuite allows me to maintain order and a schedule and its a wonderful help!

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to plan ahead and don't need to be online all the time. It's easy to use, and I particularly like the analysis of page content and recommended posting times. The new AI feature saves lots of time in writing suggested captions and content. Customer support is easy to access and resposive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting cover images for videos would be a helpful feature. Tagging on some platforms is not supported and can be glitchy on others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a time saver. I can plan and create content ahead of time which frees up my time as a small business owner to do all the other things needed to run my business. It's also useful in helping to create content with the new AI feature. Also a big time saver

Great for content scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the planner layout that lets you see all the posts you have scheduled so that you can ensure they are all timed correctly and you have oversight of what you are posting when. The design is really user friendly and intuiative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many pop ups it gives me and when it logs me out unexpectedly - this doesn't happen very often (less than once every 6 months) but is very annoying when it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting us manage our social media scheduling all in one place which saves us a lot of time. We can post to all of our platforms at once but tailor the content if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a very easy-to-understand and use platform. From beginners to pros, Hootsuite is a go-to social media management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Google Business is missing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule my posts for multiple platforms in one go. The Owly Ai is wonderful tool that helps brainstorm the captions and the hashtags for the posts and also it helps with the suggested days and time schedules that would work best for the platforms for the maximum engagement from the users.

Unable to make use of social listening or industry insights for a region like Saudi Arabia or a specific industry like DryCleaning & Laundry.

What do you like best about the product?
I am mostly using the schedule function of Hootsuite to plan posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. The function to schedule different posts in one window, so that I need to upload the graphic asset only once is very helpful. I also like the link shortener and the hashtag suggestions.
I build some dashbooards for our company to have a quick overview about the most important KPIs.If you set up the listening function quite detailed, you get a great idea pool for your new posts.
I use Hootsuite quite everday and the user interface is pretty self-explanatory and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection between Hootsuite and the social media channels cuts inconveniently often. If so, the planned posts won't be posted. I don't really know if this is a problem of Hootsuite or of the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to plan my social media posts all on one platform. Without Hootsuite I had to plan the most manual on every platform. It is way more time efficient and organised. We also use the draft function to review some postings before publishing them.
