What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature is incredibly useful. i also ike that I can mange multiple accounts from one login.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with having to re-login to my accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of one. Hootsuite allows me to more efficiently manage multiple accounts. The scheduling calendar makes it easy to plan out and manage multiple posts across multiple accounts.

Easy to Navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to design social media posts and I like the calendar view. I can schedule my posts well in advance but duplicate and edit them easily and without going through too many steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to edit or remove a post from Hootsuite instead of having to go to each social site individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us post to multiple social media websites at the same time and helps us stay consistent with our "voice".

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the platform and scheduling multiple posts for multiple businesses at the same time. Been a trusty tool in my marketing toolbox for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to flawlessly tag contacts from certain social media channels.

The ease of scheduling for multiple platforms at once.

There arent many dislikes. I wish it still had the free version option as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the new AI feature within the calander. It really takes away some of the heavy lifting when considering specific days and hashtags to consider for special days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you shorten a link it just says it is done. There is a preview on the right but I would like the link to cahnge in the copy too. This would confirm the link has indeed been shortened. Saving me time double checking the links are shortened when added to the queue.

A neat tool to organize various social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to plan various social media posts on different platforms simultanously. The content calendar is pretty straight forward in design. We use it as a team in my company several times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like the analytics options. the design is outdated and some metrics are not up to date or not available. It seems that in more expensive budget plans there is more but with other tools you get it for less money so I don't really understand the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross posting on different platforms is very easy with this tool.
Also using the same pictures eg on LinkedIn and Instagram is pretty nice because I can directly edit the pictures within the post planner to fit on Instagram.

Great for Cross Posting But Not So Great For Stories and Twitter.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-posting functionality and analytics are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that their Twitter option still has a word count. Posting on Twitter directly does not anymore.
You can't place links into stories or any sticker for that matter.
I wish they would perfect their message section.

What do you like best about the product?
Big time saving vs posting to each platform individually. Very easy to use with a fairly short learning curve for the basics, but plenty of advance features for power users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. This is by far the most expensive piece of software we use by a huge margin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Hootsuite solves for us is unifying our social media management into a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very helpful with the recommended post times. Additionally, many new features are frequently added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many options available in different languages, unfortunately. I would also like to see more overall social data presented in a graph or overview.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and schedule upcoming posts. I utilize the free courses and really enjoy the speakers. I use those tips and apply strategies to upcoming social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resizing images on different platforms can be time consuming. Sometimes the upload fails a few times before it published to the corresponding platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have been making updates to the platform. I really like the redesigned page. It is more simple and easier to navigate.
