What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite while working at Skaly, and it honestly helps me keep things getting too messy. Since we're a small agency, I'm usually handling a few clients at once. I like that I can posts in advance and see everything in one calendar. It just makes my day feel more sorted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I've noticed over time is the pricing. It used to feel more flexible earlier, but now it gets expensive when we start adding more profiles. For a small agency like ours, that adds up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Skaly, we don't have a big team, so staying organized matters a lot. This helps me manage content for different clients without missing posts. It saves me time on posting, so i can focus more on ideas, shoots, and making better content instead of just managing everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I switched to Hootsuite because I was looking for deeper analytics on social media and more information on what's working, when, and how. I've been really impressed with the program. I like that I can easily push to multiple channels, and it has more integrations with Instagram compared to Loomly. I just like the metrics, and the interface is smooth and easy to use. There are a lot of options to plan stuff out, and I really like the whiteboard feature for saving my ideas. Hootsuite serves as a one-stop shop where I can schedule everything and be confident I'm working with the current trends. I don't have to spend time posting to different channels because of the many integrations available, which helps me time things out just right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a really hard time getting Google Business connected. It took me a while to get my Instagram metrics connected even though I had everything correctly connected. I would have liked a little more training. It would be good to have more onboarding. Maybe there was more, and I didn't take advantage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives me deeper social media analytics and helps me manage posts across channels easily, saving time with its multiple integrations, especially Instagram. I like its smooth interface and planning options, including a whiteboard for ideas, making it a one-stop shop for scheduling content.

Efficient Scheduling with Minor Browser Issues

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite makes scheduling in advance very easy, allowing me to schedule an entire calendar and free up time. It really helps me manage our organization's social media accounts across 3+ profiles, making it easy to balance those accounts. I appreciate the ability to preview what the post will look like. The analytics are incredibly helpful to determine what works and what doesn't with our audience, and the filtering makes this process even more effective. Setting up Hootsuite was very easy, taking less than 20 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has chronic trouble working with Safari. The website will not load on Safari, so I have had to switch to Chrome to use the programs. It freezes and won't connect to any of our accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media for 3+ accounts. It makes scheduling easy, freeing up my time. The calendar view helps balance posts, and analytics show what resonates with our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for posting content on my business social media page. What I like most about Hootsuite is that it is easy to use and has good AI systems. I appreciate that the AI can change the tone of my posts if I want and provide recommendations on how to reach more people. The initial setup of Hootsuite was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really hard to tag people on FB with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep everything together all under one platform. Love how I can also schedule posts for anytime. Also i've found that owly gpt works better than chat gpt
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much i can think of that I dislike about hootsuite. I've loved it since i used it. If there is one thing, sometimes when i've used owly it'll get something wrong but normally im able to fix it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoot suite has solved an issue we had here at my workplace. Before me, they never had any kind of Social Media exposure. With Hootsuite, it shows recommended times so that I can post when our audience typically gives the most engagement possible and its been working

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add ALT text for SEO strategies in posts, and customize per platform. I also appreciate the data we get for post-performance. It helps shape our content coverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches quite a bit. Networks disconnect all the time. The AI isn't very helpful and needs to be refined. The hoops you need to jump through to get help are frustrating. I would like to just send an email, have someone research the issue, and be done. Instead, I have to send multiple emails and multiple screenshots because Hootsuite is glitching, until someone does something. It's also way too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting and scheduling for multiple different platforms and getting hard data on how our audience responds to our posts. It is very helpful and answers lots of questions our team has.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media management, scheduling, and reporting. I like that the reporting is very intuitive, allowing us to differentiate by platform, campaign tags, and other tags. This feature helps us see how a campaign performed holistically and quickly shows all the numbers that contributed. I also appreciate that we can view how each individual platform is doing, all within one platform. I switched to Hootsuite because it is more user-friendly and social-focused compared to Meltwater. The initial setup was very easy for me as I was already familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish video scheduling was easier. I constantly run into problems. I wish we could add sounds to reels from the Instagram library and from the TikTok library for TikToks. We don't use Hootsuite for scheduling TikToks for this reason. I also wish we could differentiate reporting by regions. For example, we have geotargeted Facebook posts and I don't want those posts in our reporting numbers but we can't do that. I think just smoother scheduling. I always run into server errors somehow, it's just glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for social media management, scheduling, and reporting. It solves scheduling difficulties and streamlines reporting by using intuitive features to differentiate by platform and campaign tags, helping us see campaign performance holistically.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite very intuitive and easy to use. I like being able to select specific time frames to look at data and toggle between amounts of time. I like having both individual platform data and cross-platform data. I also appreciate the calendar view that lets me see everything that's posting on our platforms this week and in past weeks, which helps with planning and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when data gathered for specific platforms changes, makes it hard to consistently track data on a platform. Give a notice when Hootsuite is going to change a specific data collection type and don't change them often. Makes it easier for the user when those things stay consistent or when more are added but none are taken away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for posting unified content across platforms, gathering and analyzing data, and meeting platform requirements. It's intuitive, easy to use, and the calendar view aids my planning and organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's user interface. It's nice and makes navigating the platform easy. I also appreciate that Hootsuite's customer support team is good. It was very easy to set up initially, and it allows scheduling across different platforms at the same time, which I find really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics need to be improved for the lower base price plans.
