What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. Its intuitive interface allows for quick scheduling, posting, and monitoring, making it a breeze for both beginners and experienced users alike. Setting up HootSuite is straightforward and hassle-free. The initial setup and configuration can be completed within minutes, and the platform offers plenty of guides and resources to assist users in getting started. This ease of implementation ensures that you can start managing your social media accounts without unnecessary delays. As a daily user, HootSuite has become an indispensable tool for managing multiple social media platforms. Its scheduling features and analytics tools are particularly useful for maintaining a consistent online presence and measuring the effectiveness of your social media strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
One notable downside is HootSuite's handling of holidays. The platform seems to ignore Christian and federal holidays while including numerous lesser-known national days throughout the year. This can be frustrating for users who rely on the platform to acknowledge significant holidays, making the content calendar feel less relevant and useful during these times. I believe it would be best if you had an option, like the iPhone, to select or add holiday preference to help better get and remember certain days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to log into each and every social media page to post, everything is in one spot and easy to post and schedule for the week. Another solution is the ability to get messages as well in one spot making you not have so many tabs open up on your browser.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hootsuite makes posting and planning on social media. It saves me a lot of time having to manually post on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a great help, the price is a bit on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us a lot of time having to manually post on each platform seperately.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing on several platforms at the same time saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insights are not accurate.
Gives errors that don't make sense.i.e. about video dimensions.
Doesn't post documents on LinkedIn

I need to post documents on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation. It was really easy to connect the company's social accounts to this and there has never been any lagging or bug issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number of Features. If I want to know how my organic posts are doing separate from my paid ads, I have to upgrade, which is unfair as I already pay monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts for the week so we can post consistently, helps with ease of approval process as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's useful! I like that i can do everything i need to do for my business. I also appreciate the ease of accessing analytic reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that I can't link my canva pro account. I can use pro, but my brand templates aren't available. So I have to go to canva and then save it and upload it to hootsuite. a small issue but still inconvienent

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post to a wide variety of social platforms, and helps preview the look of your posts as you create them. It's also nice to be able to schedule posts and review your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, social platforms regularly disconnect from Hootsuite and posts fail to go live. This happens fairly frequently, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep your posts all on one platform is easier than having to transition between sites.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very simple to use, there are great tips and guides as well as regular webinars to keep abreast of social media marketing trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription price is quite high and has steadily increased over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts saving me time and allowing me to plan future content. Therefore, I do not need to upload content every day or so freeing me up to work on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite really tries to improve the knowledge of their consumers with webinars. The webinars are also very great especially if you are looking to explore different parts of social media marketing. I have worked with many other social media management platforms including Later, HeyOrca, Hubspot, Cloud Campaign, and more and I find it to work great for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that in order to get some of the insights features and analytic tools, you have to have a higher payment plan which is a little unfortunate because my company already does not give enough budget to the social media team so we are spending more that we could be investing in paid ads or in person campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me through automating the social media posting for us. I think that the posting is very great and helps me have more availability to put my efforts in other marketing efforts rather than posting manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the new social listening aspect helpful as well as having all of our social media DMs in one place. I also like the analytics and suggested times to post. The customer support has been good, however I do have some problems that they haven't been able to address. I use hootsuite daily as a social media and content creation specialist at my workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find posting to multiple social media platforms helpful, which is the primary purpose. The main issue is Instagram, it constantly tells me my photos are sized incorrectly, despite using Instagram-specific photo sizes. Each time I try to resize my image to "4x5" it resets it to square and says my image will be cut off. I have also had issues with the order of images as part of a post, which changes the story that goes along with the post, especially if the post is a story with text and captions that the user is meant to scroll through. I wish the glitchy things would get resolved as this platform has been around for so long that things like this shouldn't be broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our DMs in one centralized location and pulling analytics from multiple platforms at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the planning and organizing aspect of Hootsuite. I use the analytics tool often, and love how easy that is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't seem to be as user friendly or easy to use as the desktop site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how our competitors are performing, showing my social media analytics, understanding my audience and what time they're active online.
