Great tool for the 1 man band social media content creator

What do you like best about the product?
I like the general ease of use for the software. The upgraded layout allows you to click more places to create new content. Building my own reports is very easy. You can add what you need for reporting and remove what you don't. I have been pushing for my organization to schedule ahead more (quarterly) for some of our lines of buisness and the scheduling tool makes this very easy to work ahead and see what is scheduled for each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that at the basic membership level - tagging of content is not included (upgrade is needed). In today's social media landscape, tagging helps so many of us who need to pull analytics for multiple different lines of business. This feels like one of the most basic tools that should be for everyone who uses the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to be the sole content creator, scheduler and report out on my organizatins content.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use program whether on laptop or phone. Customer service through the chat feature works well too. Great software and enjoy the analytics too!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics can be a challenge as I only access once per month. Often times the layout has changes and it is difficult to maintain a uniform look for the end user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my social media accounts are in one place and I can easily switch between them. I can also duplicate content and tweak for future content which is helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is reliable and has the benefit of having been around for a long time. They consistently provide opportunities for users to create and schedule content in every way and on every platform reasonably possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little clunky. While there is a robust database for help, it is not easy to talk to an actual person about issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves tons of time on analytics and makes customizable reports easy. That is the primary reason I use it. I also like being able to schedule stories, although the story scheduling is a bit clunky.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, my favorite thing about Hootsuite is the convience it allows. I really appreciate a tool that makes my life easier. I love being able to see my social calendar fully flushed out in front of me. One of my favorite features is the best time to post feature — helps me when making decisions about content. I also appreciate being able to see my post analytics all in one place

I just recently found out that Hootsuite integrates with threads! This is great to know as we expand into diffferent social platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my least favorite thing is that I don't get a notification when something isn't published/something went wrong which is a bit frustrating, and it's a bit difficult when entering a new role and taking over the social space that was previously owned by someone else on Hootsuite. It feels a bit tough to get full access to all of the accounts you'd like to. I also find that for example, in the analytics portion, I wish it would tell me what "Status" means, or have some sort of documentation surrounding that. I also personally, am not a fan of the user experience. It feels slightly antiquated and they don't seem to be doing my innovation in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to effectively manage our social media platforms, which at a tech startup where I am the sole owner of social is incredibly important. It also makes it easy to post one time for multiple different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics portion of the program! Also, I love being able to schedule my posts out, especially on holidays!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is annoying when a social media platform gets disconnected and doesn't connect again automatically but that doesn't happen too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use the analytics page and it gathers all the information for me!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite saves me lots of time every single day with its intuitive interface. It's so easy to schedule social media posts in batches! The platform offers a streamlined process that allows me to manage multiple accounts for several clients effortlessly. The analytics tools are also top-notch, giving us valuable insights into the performance of our posts. This has helped us optimize our content strategy and engage more effectively with our audience. I highly recommend Hootsuite to anyone looking to simplify their social media management and boost productivity!
What do you dislike about the product?
I once had a customer service query and was not happy that there doesn't seem a phone number. I prefer talking to customer service directly instead of using a chat box. Given the price of the application, I would love to see a robust phone helpline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling an ongoing large volume of posts with relatively little time spent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me plan out all my content! Saves me a ton of time. I also love the webinars they host & have atteded many of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't tag all accounts if they aren't a business account on LI, FB, which sucks. I also wish their insights for reccomendations were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving me time, helping me track analytics, helping me stay up to date with monthly holidays, keeping me informed with webinars

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great application for non profits who usually have limited time and resources to operate on social media. Its simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can definitely be some improvements with the AI. It's great that it has been implemented into Hootsuite but could be expanded on more in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI integration has been a plus allowing me to keep using the app for all my needs
