User Friendly and Ease of Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts in advance and track engagement metrics across various channels is invaluable for streamlining my digital marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening which was recently introduced, I didn't like that it was for only Enterprise plan. I think it would be helpful to open it up to all plans and create tiers for it based on what plan a user is on. This way every hootsuite user can benefit from it even if it is one or two socal listening functions.

I also don't like that for the industry benchmarking feature, aviation is not listed under the industry categories so it's difficult to get the exact benchmarking for my company. I have to use travel/hospitality/leisure which doesn't giveme exact benchamrk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform’s audience insights and segmentation features helps us tailor content and marketing strategies to better meet the needs and preferences of our unique target audience.

Easy to use social media scheduling, ads, and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule social media across platforms, including FB, IG, and X. Hootsuite suggests the best time to create posts, based on past performace. The ad features make it easy to boost posts, customize audiences, and analyze the metrics from boosted posts. The analytics section creates reports that are downloadable so you can see how sponsored posts have perforned and create reports for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite offers several ways to boost posts. Depending on which method you use, different objective options are available. For example, if I use the "Find a post to boost" feature, the only options are "Awareness" and "Engagement". If I boost a post when I initially create it, then I have other options such as "Traffic" and "Video Views".

Also, when I choose a custom audience for a boosted post, I cannot initially change the ages for the audience. I have to create the boost, then go back and edit the audience and then the options to change the age range appear. Not sure why this is not available at the outset.

The data that comes from the reports in the analytics section does not always match the data that appears in the ads section when you click to see the performance of each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and promoting social media on a variety of platforms from a single location.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and like that I can plan weeks in advance using the planner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the timeline was still on the left hand side of the planner where you could change the time by dragging and wish you could post facebook stories

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite makes scheduling easy! I can have all of our social accounts scheduled in advanced in such a short amount of time. I also enjoy the new implementaitons of AI
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I feel that when I started it was a great deal and after two years of use, the cost for the platform doubled. It was a just a shock.

The ease of use and ability to post to multiple platforms seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and is easy to navigate as a social media manager. I use Hootsuite to easily schedule daily posts for my job and it makes my work life way more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Hootsuite made us able to optimize all the settings Instagram gives you when creating a post (music, location, tagging, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to post everything right then and there. I love being able to plan and schedule my work posts on the Hootsuite calendar - so much more convenient!

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use, affordable tool. We've never had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any downsides to using Hootsuite.

Posting to multiple company accounts. It makes scheduling social media posts in advance, easy, and we've never had problems with posts not going out, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling and quick downloads of the analytics dashboard make posting and reporting a breeze. Basic listening tools included in the basic professional plan are also good for understanding top-line sentiment searched topics.

Analytics dashboard is also quick and easy to set up, with a range of data points that can be quickly added.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app only allows you to tag business accounts on LinkedIn (not personal). As a business, we love to highlight the incredible work our team members are doing in app. Just means we have to log in to multiple platforms whenever a person needs to be tagged and is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of posts across multiple platforms. Quick and easy analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of posting to multiple social channels
Detailed analytics into content performance
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to upload content to scheduled posts

It has difficulty in posting video content to X (formerly twitter) but does not give a reason as to why it fails, only that it didn't post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to post multiple pieces of content to all my social channels, and now including YouTube

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up posts for multiple accounts and adjust them according to the platform. It is very quick and easy to use .
What do you dislike about the product?
The tablet version is a bit less user friendly and the new layout on the desktop version took me awhile to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a charity with multiple servies and areas to promote, Hootsuite helps me to organise and plan social media according to each service/platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the ease-of-use, analytics and new listening feature that are really appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We know it's not you Hootsuite - but it would be so useful to go back to being able to tag accounts on X!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I literally could not do my job without it. I have multiple clients, and multiple platforms. To look forward on a week to see all the scheduled content that my team and myself have put together means we can edit and check work seamlessly
