An excelent platform for helping manage a small charities chanels
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is exceptionally helpful for our small scale charity.
We have several social media platforms we utalise accross the charity, and Hootsuite makes this easy to do. Team members can work together on campaigns while all looking at the larger picture of scheduled content. It's easy to edit and amend posts, dates and times as needed.
The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who are not techy. The ability to create multiple streams for different social networks, track mentions, and monitor hashtags is particularly useful for staying on top of our social media activity.
We use Hootsuite daily to stay on top of everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite offers a free plan, it is quite limited in features. We have a charity discount that we use which really helps us to keep cots down.
The Hootsuite mobile app, while useful for on-the-go management, is not as as good as the desktop version.
Largely I'm very happy with it as a platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small scale charity with several different social media platforms. These can be awkward to manage without a management chanel like Hootsuite. It makes it easy for several team members to have an overview of what is going on.
Helpful, user-friendly tool for any marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable insights/analytics dashboard is amazing. And I love the constant updating when it comes to scheduling social media posts. The webinars and marketing resources are also a huge plus. It is overall easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling content, the preview formatting is inaccurate and disorting. Making it a not as helpful from a design standpoint. Customer service could be better and it would be much easier if I could get somebody on the phone. Also - the LinkedIn pdf addition is great, but you cannot edit the Title of the file when you use it.

Content planning + reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good tool for me - I can manage all my social media accounts in one place - I can post on all social media at the same time. It's really easy to use, the accessiblity is easy. I really do like it and the scheduling of posts at other dates and times helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 things I don't like about Hoootsuite. Firstly, the AI is useless - I don't find it to be very good at all - it doesn't have a large range of topics and what it does write I find short and repetitive. Even using the section where it write content from a link, I find it to be inaccurate. It takes bits from the webpage but compeltely out of context that the post doesn't make sense! This is why I have given it a 6 review because its great if you want to write your own posts but if you want to save time and use the AI - it is not a good option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to post on all social media at one time. It allows me to schedule posts in advance.
Hootsuite is pretty user-friendly and has good customer service at a digestible price.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was easy to set up and includes all the features you need to manage social posts. I use it on a weekly basis and I am a fan of the updates they just released and love that they hear suggestions from users. The interactions I've had with customer service have been great. They recently upgraded their reporting, which I'm excited about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish posting to multiple platforms at once was a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite streamlines managing a social media calendar and posting to multiple channels. It is great to have what I need all in one place.
Hootesuite saves so much time and keeps all my socials up to date!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite allows me to update all my socials from one platform, but with a twist. I can upload one asset or story and customize it to each platform - easy peasy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The onyl downside of Hootesuite is that I can't publish to TikTok from it!

Hootesuite allows me to use one platform for all socials - making my job infinitely easier and more efficient.
The Perfect Solution for Our Social Needs
What do you like best about the product?
this is a great solution for our social needs. The tool offers us insights into our social posts including best times to post. It also provides a centralized inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but would like to see the preview of subtitles in videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post on multiple platforms at once and customize the post by each platform. Also a set it and forget it type feature with scheduled posts.
It's okay, but I would like Influencer Tools from Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and pretty straight-forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes the data Hootsuite collects is not as accurate as what I find in my social accounts...

Hootsuite helps me schedule posts in advance with time suggestions which I benefit from to increase my posts' visibility and engagement.

Top end pricing, eventhough there are the following issues:
- Connection errors and notifications happen about once per month - however we receive notifications that it'll be fixed soon, we appreciate that
- slow to load and use on anything except Chrome. Even then it still seems clunky, like the program can't quite handle all the add-ons. e.g. I want to add an emoji, the list loads slowly, you can't scroll without seeing white space, you choose one and can't place where the next one goes
- All suggestions are for an North American audience 'National Pancake Day' is the American National, as an International user, we don't need to know about Labour Day or Thanksgiving.
- Billings section needs to be easier to find.

Hootsuite is the most reliable scheduling platform for corporates not wanting to be forced to use Facebook and LinkedIn schedulers (which lag behind). Hootsuite is also a source of trusted information on industry trends because of its unique position.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts on multiple platforms. I also like that it has the ability to resize an idea for the various sizes on a specific platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add a link within a story on Instagram. Right now, you can schedule a story but if it needs to be linked or have a button you have to post in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage my workload by allowing me to schedule posts in advance. It also helps me see the calendar for planning. I like that it tells you what national day it is so that if we want to be a part of it we can schedule a post for that day. I also like the tracking. It helps me see what posts are working well and how to tweak going forward.
Most user-friendly social media platform for nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super user-friendly, making it accessible for even a novice. I also really appreciate the ease of tagging other accounts and the analytics, they are so complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Hootsuite is the price range for small businesses, the 100$/month cost is prohibitive for smaller companies.

It makes it easier to schedule posts well in advance across multiple platforms, while also allowing easy collaboration among our team.
