What do you like best about the product?
The abilty that it is so user friendly and on top of that it saves you time. As a business owner, time is money. Anything that makes my life easier is totally worth it. I am also able to post across all our platforms all at once in the easiest way. Now with the Owl Writter I don't have to struggle with what I am describing. Totally worth the money paid!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It has been super benefical to my business and growing our social media platform.

Being able to post to all platforms in a time saving way; providing analytics that are easy to understand to make the changes and adjustments needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite simplifies daily social media management. It has an intuitive interface, making it easy to schedule, monitor, and analyze content across platforms. Its seamless implementation streamlines workflow, saving time and boosting efficiency. With Hootsuite, managing multiple accounts becomes a hassle-free and integrated experience. I use Hootsuite everyday that I'm working.

Pricing can be a downside for smaller businesses, and those managing multiple accounts for a group of businesses.

Hootsuite saves valuable time by allowing you to schedule posts in advance across multiple platforms, all from one dashboard. Its analytics provide actionable insights, making it simple to measure performance and adjust strategies effectively.
Good for posting across social accounts, but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The process to post to multiple social accounts from either the web or mobile is straight-forward and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app offers way too many features that I never use, and charges high fees accordingly. It's not enough to make me stop using the app (just) but it would be much better if it offered basic features for a cheaper price.

Makes it easy to post quickly across multiple accounts.
Decent, but not everything
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have a single place to schedule posts across multiple social media outlets at once. It's easy to use. The basic analytics are nice convenient. It's nice to preview the post before it's scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to make videos, add text, music, links and use all of the features of IG stories and reels from within Hootsuite.

I post to many accounts and HS allows me to post one time instead of two. I cannot even tell you how much time this saves me. I love the suggested Hastag feature

Best time saving software for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make 1 post across several social media platforms is great. It also will tell you when something needs to be edited for the platform to post correctly. All your inboxes are in one place as well. It can even boost posts for you. In Hootsuite you can schedule posts out for months. I get a small surprise when I see my posts that I made a while ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has gone up significantly but still worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the amount of time that it takes to post across multiple platforms and to multiple profiles. It will automatically let you know what needs to be changed in order for it to post correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
The basic pieces of the Hootsuite program give you everything you need to create, post, monitor and report on your social. Plus once you start adding in apps it becomes an even more robust hub for all things social. It takes not time to get started with the platform and learn the ins and outs. And, if you get stuck their support team is great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. But it is one of the more affordable programs out there and isn't nearly as expensive as some of its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies my workflow and saves time; when you're a small in house team that is worth a lot. plus it makes it easy to visually see what is going on with all my channels in one oplace thanks to my streams.

All our social media channels in one place, it makes planning and uploading very organised and easy. It is great for tracking analytics and best performing posts.

The Instagram picture crops can be a bit difficult.
