A Great Analytics Tool and Wonderful For Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite for its Analytics mostly, I love how it puts all of our social channels all in one place for easy analysis across any period of time. I love the insights and reccomendations it provides, it's almost like having a AI marketing intern!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tagging a bit frustrating as native tools are much more intuitive and quicker rather than having to re-write any tags in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can visually schedule posts in advance that include tagging, and also give me 24/7 coverage over my anayltics with customizeable downloadable reports on demand to send to stakeholders and upper management.

Great for a non profit

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps to plan our advocacy campaigns and schedule posts when our audiences most likely view it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has not updated the amount of characters that can be used on Twitter, which sometimes makes it hard to post across platforms all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to track our performance for our advocacy campaigns using their analytics features. This helps us to discern who and what is viewing our materials and who are our likely supporters.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of learning how to use it. My computer skills are consistent with my age (70s) but I can use the app well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. The app does exactly what I had hoped it would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets my posts to those I want to reach in an attractive fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's publishing and analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening isn't included in my package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media accounts by scheduling and publishing content. Hootsuie provides analytics and insights which are shared with our board members and executive suite on a monthly basis. The reports are easy to digets and well recieved by the entire team.

Good, straightforward and insightful -- But sometimes confusing

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good platform that's easy to use, the Home dashboard shows you some good quick insights on your posting frequency and social score, as well as some tips and recommendations on how to improve. Once you play with it for a few days you can get comfortable with every day use, although it feels like the best way to use it is in the scheduling power.

It connected easily to all the social accounts I manage, but it does also have the occasional issue where I then need to reconnect an account for an unknown reason. The analytics section and the reports available are very nice to have and that's where you can learn some key insights to improve your reach and engagement. The "Best time to publish" report is very nice to have.

I think overall it's a very nice platform to use and easy to get running on; Best if you're comfortable diving into reports and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some bugs and small issues that seem to not have direct resolutions to. On the home dashboard for instance, as of writing, the "Most engaging post in last 7 days" is blank. I also think the AI and content recycling features are nice to have but feel very much like AI. If you attempt to recycle a post that had high engagement because of how personal it read, you'll end up with a "Best practices of (social network)" post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized and straightforward platform that provides clear insights, recommendations, best times to engage with your audience, and how well your engagement is succeeding. All in all it's a great "one-stop shop" with good enough features to give you a sense of direction and how you can improve your practices.

What do you like best about the product?
With the various brand management tools that Hootsuite offers, particularly the scheduling of both static and video posts, it is easier to market our various programs, calls for submissions, and new publications. As a tiny nonprofit organization with a limited budget and a small staff of 3 people, the affordability of Hootsuite also helps us use every one of our resources to the best of our ability. We can have multiple users manage our social media accounts from their smartphones, computers, or tablets thanks to the Hootsuite app, from nearly any location! It's been a great investment for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not a fault of Hootsuite, the integration with certain social media platforms can be spotty at times. This is usually due to changes either Meta or Twitter/X make. The ability to reply to DMs or comments isn't always reliable, and the ability to interact with other accounts is nonexistent for most social media platforms, but Hootsuite is always improving their own platform and often updating their integration with Meta and Twitter/X to remedy the service interruptions that those platforms periodically cause with their own updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite unifies our various social media accounts under a single interface that saves us time by allowing us to schedule content in advance across multiple social media channels. This save us a lot of time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post to multiple platforms and schedule all at the same time. I also like being able to read all messages from all our social accounts in once place. It has saved me a lot of time. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't really post Reels to IG/FB correctly through Hootsuite. I have to use the social apps. There is also currently no integration with BlueSky which we will need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved spending too much time posting on the individual social apps. I also enjoy the AI features for hashtag recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for a few years. I like that it is reliable and userfriendly and that customer support is easily accessible and responds quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I dislike that the free accounts are available anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts ahead of time is a necessity and being able to easily track analyitcs is awesome.

A Simple Way to Schedule Your Social

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can customize the posts for each social media platform and how easy the scheduling is. Hootsuite also suggests the best times to post, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is the ability to tag people/companies within the draft posts before they are posted. Sometimes, it works; sometimes, it has to be done within the platform itself (i.e., LinkedIn).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see what is being scheduled/posted on the calendar, which helps with my planning. It also allows me to see where the holes are so I can add content on those days.

An Invaluable Tool For Anyone

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become a must-have for me in my past few jobs. Being able to post to all of our social media accounts at once in an easy to use interface helps get our message out. Scheduling posts is a great feature too. Even the free version is incredibly beneficial for some users. The analytics tools provide valuable insights to what works and what doesn't work for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are a work in progress but they aren't quite where they should be. I often use them as a jumping off point to create content. Some of the listening tools are not as useful as they could be but that could be because they're new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that we have had as an organization is reaching an audience. Being able to share more content to a wider audience is a great tool.
