Great experience, super helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been super helpful in my role (Social Media Manager). I am responsible for posting on over 1,000 franchisee Facebook pages and Hootsuite's bulk composer has made this easy and quick. Any time there has been a small issue, the enterprise support team has stepped in to provide a quick solution. I heavily rely on Hootsuite's Analytics and reports to monitor the performance of our channels. I am in Hootsuite every day! I look forward to continuing to work with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints - there is a lot that Hootsuite offers and not enough time to learn everything just yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Montioring performance via analytics, bulk scheduling posts for 1000+ accounts

the people! great support staff, very communicative, and helpful.

unfortunately the analytics and software online are a bit confusing and unintuitive as a user.

collect all the analytics from disparate platforms and orgnaizing them in a unified location streamlinging reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule and post content. The calendar organization, draft mode, and data collection tools based off your own data in the app itself is extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to post video and picture content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the scheduling issues on different platforms, posting at uniform times, collecting and filtering data, and creating actionable results.
Great collaboration and support
What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Hootsuite team to implement Amplify for business use has been an incredibly smooth process. We were able to easily integrate everything we needed to get out of the tool with the help of the HootSuite team, and anytime an issue arose - they quickly jumped at the chance to get it resolved. I also appreciate the team's willingness to provide us with updates on new technology and offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we have to wait for new features to be rolled out, but this is something that any technology company deals with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us the ability to provide our distributors with social media content that represents our brand correctly in a space that can often feel like the Wild West. We're able to do this in an efficient and effective way that also provides a great user experience for our distributors.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team's sales rep has been nothing short of helpful. From answering any questions we might have to offering a cost that is within our team's budget, the customer support has been incredible. We look forward to implementing Hootsuite's diverse capabilities and features into our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new customer who is yet to actually use the Hootsuite product our team purchased, I have nothing to dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is allowing our team to consolidate all of our social media needs in one location. In the past, our social workflows have occurred on multiple platforms and created a headache for our team. Hootsuite is streamlining our team's day-to-day social media responsibilities, making us more efficient with our time and allowing us to complete more work.
Comprehensive functionality and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited posts and integrations with all the social platforms we'll ever need. The actual platform itself is intuitive, I know the team are happy with it - I need to access it less regularly but always find what I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the cost. It is one of the more expensive tools on the market but you do get what you pay for, the functionality is comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily having a team of 5 users all needing to access multiple social accounts at any one time. Also, the visibility tracking/management of replies to customers is a massive efficiency gain using Hootsuite.

It is so user friendly and always getting updated with the latest technoclogy

Sometimes the connections break, but usually it is just a matter of reconnecting

Hootsuite is a great hub to collaborate and integrate all our social media pieces and strategies.
Simple and user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
Its great that i can schedule things on multiple platforms at once as well as personalise them to each one, on one post. i like that i can save drafts to work on later and i enjoy the ease of use and how simpe it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, its easy to use and works well for the purposed of my usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple platform posting and management of replies . means i dont have to visit each site independatly and can review replies all from one inbox.
