Intuitive Calendar UI with Powerful Analytics and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics and reporting features, scheduling tools for different platforms, layout, calendar UI and UX. Easy to use and intuitive. Works well across multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics were a bit confusing at first and how to generate reports. Maybe make this more intuitive to use for new starters? It is also quite expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our scheduling issues - it's much easier to schedule content across platforms, saving time for us. Also, it's good to compare analytics across platforms.
Highly Efficient, Centralized Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media posts, and I really like how it has everything in one place. The post time suggestions and insights are top features for me, along with the overall ease of use. Setting it up was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hootsuite could be improved with more refined details like the option to specify location for Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps everything in one place, and I appreciate post time suggestions, insights, and its ease of use.
Simplifying Social Media Management with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to manage multiple platforms in one place, making it easy to stay organized. It’s very user-friendly for daily use and supports a variety of post types. I also appreciate the preview feature, which lets me see how content will look before publishing, as well as its ability to handle different media formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging is the analytics section, as it can be difficult to navigate and locate specific information. Because of this, I sometimes end up going directly to the native platforms instead. I also find it inconvenient that accessing certain work accounts requires connecting through my personal account. For example, I’m unable to link our Instagram account if they’re not associated with my personal profile or a connected Facebook account, which means I have to publish directly through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing and organizing content across multiple platforms by allowing me to prepare and schedule posts in advance. This saves me time, as I can reuse and adapt existing content instead of creating new posts from scratch each time. It’s also very convenient to use on mobile, which allows me to quickly make edits or adjustments to posts even when I’m not at the office.
Streamlines Scheduling with Some Sync Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to drag and drop and schedule on multiple platforms at once with Hootsuite. I also enjoy using the automated DMs and seeing the stats, which helps me a lot with managing social media for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to see a feed view of what I scheduled; I have to use another external app for this. Also, sometimes my logins have a sync issue, and all my scheduled posts get deleted, which is very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves my problem of scheduling on many individual platforms and provides automated DMs. I like being able to drag and drop scheduling on multiple platforms at once and seeing the stats.
Efficient Social Scheduling with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features that shorten copy from one platform so I can use it on another with stricter character limits. I also like the feature that suggests hashtags, although I'm not sure how well researched they are to produce engagement. These features save me time in thinking about major edits or researching relevant hashtags.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that in the Monday.com interface that the date feature worked correctly. When I try to use the app 'Plan with Monday.com' it doesn't pull in the date column data. It just says: 'There are no tasks in the selected date range' even though there are dates in the column within range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives my team shared optics to social schedules and drafts, plus it saves me time on major edits and hashtag research.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of everything with Hootsuite, from uploads and scheduling to understanding performance. It was an easy platform to learn and it consistently works well. I appreciate how smoothly everything operates with Hootsuite compared to the previous platform I used, which malfunctioned at times. The ability to compare our social presence to competitors and see how our posts perform month over month is great. The analytics provided are easy to access and understand. Also, quickly uploading photos and videos for scheduling is a breeze, and tagging collaborators is easy too. The initial setup was very easy. Overall, it's a reliable tool for scheduling social media posts and reviewing analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could more easily choose a thumbnail for a video when posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for advance scheduling and tagging collaborators, with analytics that are easy to understand monthly. It's smooth to upload media for scheduling. Unlike our previous tool Loomly, Hootsuite offers comprehensive tagging and analytics, enhancing our social media management effortlessly.
Streamlines Scheduling, Needs Bulk Posting Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to schedule on multiple platforms within one post. It was pretty easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a calendar view with all the posts at least on a weekly or monthly basis where I can edit and modify. Right now, I have tried booking in bulk multiple times, and it simply does not work. It made me waste a lot of time trying to book in bulk. I will also like to be able to edit the post, duplicates, and to see my drafts. we need a monthly view where we can read the text and duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to book ahead of time, helping prepare and organize my schedule. It also allows me to schedule on multiple platforms within one post.
Convenient Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very convenient way to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms. I like that it gives you a monthly overview and the option to schedule posts or save things as drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Hootsuite is a great platform. I do not like that AI is integrated into the platform. I also wish it were easier to manage comments/messages/etc. in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it possible to easily push social media content to multiple platforms with ease by allowing us to cross-post to different platforms without too many extra steps. This saves a lot of time. It also makes it easy to add alt text to images for accessibility and allows multiple people to collaborate to manage our platforms.

I think Hootsuite is not as advanced and could do a better job at keeping up with latest technology. I love the aspect of AI; however, it is still not as advanced as others. But other than that, it is great for what we need it for.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for content creation planning, analytics tracking, and looking ahead for different holidays, which is really helpful. It's the most efficient, effective, and user-friendly platform for content scheduling that I have used. I really enjoy the benefit of being able to cross-post effectively, which is beneficial to my day-to-day life and saves me time. I like how AI is implemented into Hootsuite. I also really like how you're able to add first comments to certain posts and schedule for later. Including keywords and captions as well as targeting for Facebook is really helpful. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly, and I was able to get a hang of things within a week, which made the initial setup really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that could be improved is adding a feature to add music to some posts. That's the only drawback that I can think of at the top of my head. Other than that, everything else is pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for efficient content scheduling and cross-posting, which makes my day more manageable. It also helps with analytics tracking and planning around holidays.
