Time-Saving with Excellent Content Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to schedule and post social media content and build analytic reports to measure success. It saves me a bunch of time and headache by taking away the need to remember multiple logins for several platforms, and having to copy and paste content into each one individually. I really like the ability to reschedule social posts just by dragging the draft to a different day or time within the calendar. I also love the preview on the right side of the draft because it helps me get a feel for how everything will visually come together. It's fairly easy to set up, and I find these features make it valuable for maintaining unified messaging and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could reschedule multiple posts at the same time. Once I hit the schedule button, they are no longer connected, even if they are the same post, because they are different platforms, so I still have to change each one individually. I also wish that the images I create in Canva through Hootsuite would save to my Hootsuite account. I have made images directly in Hootsuite's Canva integration, but then I can't use it as a template for future posts because it doesn't save it. I would also like if streams and analytics dashboards were easier to manipulate and customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule and post social media content and build analytic reports. It saves me time and hassle by eliminating the need for multiple logins and helps maintain unified messaging.

Everything in One Place with Great Formatting and Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in one place, and loved the formatting and notification compared to other software we tried that didn't really meet out needs
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little cheaper. Unfortunately, we have Youtube channels we would like to also monitor via Hootsuite, but it is too much money to change to the next level that allows more than 10 accounts hooked up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me monitor our socials and schedule posts at one time for multiple platforms. It also provides great analytics for us to learn from and improve
User-Friendly with Advanced Scheduling Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Hootsuite is; it's very easy to post and schedule content and reply to comments and engagement on our posts. They're always making updates and introducing new features, which I appreciate. The interface is simple and nice to navigate. I love that I can check Hootsuite every day for community management, multiple times a day, to see who's interacting with our content across different platforms, all in one place, without having to go to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok individually. It's really nice to have everything in one place so I can respond with a genuine response from our team. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, connecting all our platforms seamlessly, and I'd give it a 10 out of 10 for ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics aren't exactly 100%. I do check the native platforms, and sometimes they don't match up. I wish I could rely on the analytics 100% from Hootsuite. Also, sometimes social media platforms will fail, and so my scheduled post will not go, but I don't think that's in their control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to solve the problem of posting to multiple platforms at once, making it easy to schedule and manage content efficiently from one place.

I like Hootsuite because I can plan way in advance the posts for each social media platform and I also use the analytics to help gauge how I need to refine and change my posts for better interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really liked the feature that was on the last version that would check off different areas of consideration on your posts and I was disappointed when that feature was removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency. Hootsuite ensures that we are posting a consistent message and each person in the department has access to see what is scheduled to run. I also can go back a year's time and pull older content that can be repurposed.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit cluttered and not very intuitive at times, especially when you’re managing multiple streams. It also gets pretty expensive as you scale, and some features feel locked behind higher-tier plans. Occasionally, performance can lag, which slows things down when you’re trying to move quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes scheduling content, tracking performance, and staying organized much easier, so I can focus more on strategy instead of jumping between platforms.
Easy to Use and Navigate—Great Even for First-Time Users
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and navigate. This is my first time using the software and I use it for work. I took over with very little direction but was able to figure thing out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't experienced any downsides as of yet. I am new to using the software. It really hasn't been a solid month yet so I am still exploring and navigating everything

It is allowing for me to schedule content for my clients in a quick and efficient way. I love how it suggest certain times to post and based off analytics so that is also helpful.
Smooth Social Scheduling with Personalized Posts and Helpful AI Support
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a smooth process for scheduling social posts, ensures that the information is personalized as required for different networks, helps to generate content with ai support. reasonable subscription pricing for the level of productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the tagging worked better - it seemed to be improving, but them the instagram tags added didn't appear on the app. so this requires me to do a second step of tagging accounts in the app after making posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had a ton of time to test 'improved features' I am somewhat in the habit of using the software as I know how to and need to be enlightened to the developments that it is making. The visual of the week at large with the posts in place has been the thing that has helped me most since beginning to use the program, i like to be able to see all the planned posts and that they have indeed been executed, versus spending a lot of time inside the distracting apps.
Streamlined Social Media Management with Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to plan social media posts for LinkedIn and Facebook, and it helps me get creative and stay organized. I like the Owly GPT, as it helps me with captions a lot, creating different captions quickly for many accounts. This is particularly valuable because I schedule posts for 5 different accounts, and it allows me to get posts scheduled quickly so I can focus my time on other things. The initial setup of Hootsuite was pretty easy, and we were able to connect all of our accounts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging multiple accounts in one LinkedIn post has caused problems before. It typically works on the first post I schedule, but after that, the accounts I want to tag will not show up as options. For example, I was scheduling a podcast post for LinkedIn and wanted to tag the guests in the caption. After I did it once, it would tell me there was no accounts found with the name I had used before. It isn't a problem that really needs to be improved, but more a bug that needs to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to plan social media posts, helping me get creative and stay organized. Owly GPT assists me by creating captions quickly for multiple accounts, saving time and letting me focus on other tasks.
