Efficient Scheduling, Needs Better Error Notification
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite for the ability to schedule posts in advance and on multiple platforms at once. This feature helps reduce my workload and contributes to a more efficient workflow. Setting it up was very easy, which made the initial experience with Hootsuite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the posts don't get posted due to an error and I am not notified until I log onto the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves having to post directly by scheduling multiple posts across multiple platforms, reducing my workload and making my workflow more efficient.
User-Friendly One-Stop Shop for Posting, Scheduling, and Responding
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user-friendly. I love that it is easily accessible and makes posting, scheduling, and responding across multiple platforms a breeze. It truly is a one-stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I am not able to edit posts once they have been made. I wish that were something I could do. Also, they ablity to delete posts that were made and posted would be great. Hootsuite does not have those capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post my content on a monthly scale. I like being able to make all the content and have all my posts ready to go for the month. When I am on vacation, Hootsuite is working behind the scenes and making the posts for me.
Time-Saving, Intuitive Social Media Tool with Tagging Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to post on social media for work. It allows me to post to all the platforms I use at once without having to schedule separately. It's simple and straightforward to use—very intuitive, which saves time and makes my job easier. The initial setup was pretty simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging can be difficult on Facebook and LinkedIn. If a Facebook page doesn't have a special link, it is impossible to tag them. A better search function would help. There was also an issue with linking LinkedIn, which caused our posts not to be put up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me post to all platforms at once, saving time and making my job easier with its simplicity and intuitive design.
Effortless Social Scheduling and a Unified Inbox for Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule content for all the most popular social platforms. The inbox, which allows me to respond to comments and engage from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had trouble uploading SRT files for video content. This has been a focus lately due to new accessibility guidelines. I get an error message on Hootsuite, so I have to upload natively to each platform, where it works. That takes three times as long. I submitted a help request and received a response about time codes that did not help and was confusing. A step-by-step guide to fix the problem would be helpful. Better yet, fixing the issue so that it works like it works on the native platforms would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Hootsuite for a decade or so. It's hard to remember what we did before. It saves time and helps with collaboration. It also allows us to increase how much we post and try new platforms. We use the calendar to plan posts for multiple programs with multiple contributors. The ability to approve content before it goes live is helpful when working with interns or those who might not be as familiar with social media. With multiple accounts, it's helpful to have one place to find all the comments and questions. Between the multiple pages, business manager, advertising accounts versus personal accounts, it can be hard to find comments, questions and engage with other accounts. Before Hootsuite, we would miss questions and opportunities to engage. We struggled with the social aspect of social media. Now our social engagement is increasing. The constantly improving analytics is also essential to our growth. Before Hootsuite it would take three to five times as long to download analytics from each native platform. Now we can download analytics and multiple reports in half the time. We are able to make data driven decisions which increase our reach and engagement.
Hootsuite Delivers Strong Value for Managing Multiple Social Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a solid, all-in-one social media management platform that’s especially useful for teams or organizations managing multiple accounts. It’s not the cheapest option, but it delivers strong value if you actively use its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is effective, but it comes with a learning curve, higher cost, and some limitations that may make alternatives more appealing depending on your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite primarily solves the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms efficiently, which can otherwise be time-consuming and disorganized. Instead of jumping between apps, it centralizes everything into one dashboard, making daily workflows much more manageable.
Hootsuite’s User-Friendly Platform I’ve Trusted for Years
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. Whether you are a beginner or social media vet, hootsuite can help anyone! I have been using hootsuite for years, and I don't plan on switching!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches with uploading posts. Also, when planning instagram posts it only allows up to 10 slides when the instagram platform allows more than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping the company be consistent with uploading posts. For example, I am just one person working in a marketing position for the company, so hootsuite allows me to schedule and post even when I am not in the office or by my laptop. So on weekends or holidays or vacation, our social media accounts are still active.
Great for Scheduling and Cross Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Good UX for scheduling, good analytics data (still lacking in some areas like social listening, but better compared to alternatives). Platform support across X, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
What do you dislike about the product?
platform is pricer than other products but this is expected out of a premium product. The product is also more advanced so in an agency setting, it works well but when onboarding clients or used in an in-house setting, there is a bit of a learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is scheduling and cross-team enablement. Other platforms, like Later are hard to navigate between internal and external teams. Analytics is also better vs other platforms.
Smooth Integrations, Reliable Performance, and AI That Streamlines Content Planning
What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its smooth integrations, making it easy to plug into existing workflows without friction. Performance is consistently reliable, with fast scheduling and seamless handling of being able to schedule stories and post cover updates. Pricing feels justified by the ROI, especially for teams managing multiple accounts and content streams. Support and onboarding are clear and responsive, helping users get set up quickly without a steep learning curve. The AI and intelligence features add real value by streamlining content planning and improving efficiency over time, rather than just feeling like an add-on. I/UX is clean and intuitive, with a logical layout that makes navigation effortless and keeps day-to-day use feeling light and fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often, it fails to post some of my scheduled posts on Instagram or Facebook and doesn't tell me why. I'd definitely appreciate being informed as to why a post doesn't upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of potentially having to take my work phone home and continue working on the weekend and posting on socials manually. The fact that I can schedule weekend posts makes my life hugely easier.
Clean UX and Easy Reporting, but Integrations and Social Posting Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
The price is good, and access is easy. The UX is clean and simple. Reports are very easy to find, and pulling the data and scheduling reports is straightforward. The competitive analysis report is also good. Scheduling social posts is very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration setup isn’t very clean. There aren’t enough social posting functions, and the Pinterest setup in particular feels insufficient. The competitive analysis feature isn’t pulling in data, which makes it hard to rely on. On top of that, troubleshooting connection issues is very annoying and takes too much effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule posts and handle social media reporting mostly in one place. Before, everything was all over the place and I was relying only on each platform’s tools. I also like being able to benchmark against competitors.
Streamlined Social Media Scheduling and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Hootsuite; it's very user-friendly and intuitive. The convenience of having one location to schedule all of our content and review our analytics is a big plus. I find it very convenient to schedule and post from one source, and I appreciate how it compiles analytics and data from all of our social media channels in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integration with other platforms besides the main ones (Facebook, Instagram, X) could be improved a bit. For example, you are unable to link TikTok audios in the platform, which is a core element of posting on TikTok. Google posts are another example; being able to post these in your regular social calendar would be very convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule social media posts across different platforms from one place, and compiles analytics in one location, making it very convenient and user-friendly.
