Great for managing multiple channels and clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily publish to multiple channels from one website. Many of my clients use it and I reccomend it because the dashboards are very intuititve and are easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for me to be an admin for multiple accounts. At this time I have serveral logins for each client. I believe I'd have to pay for my own account and then have my clients also pay to be able to manage the multiple logins. It would be great to manage with out the fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing mulitple channels from one dashboard. It is easy to do basic posts.

Really love the teamwork aspect - since I deal with multiple brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to preview the grid for Instagram as I am working on it - and there are also a few bugs for locations in Instagram as well. I have only been on the platform for a few weeks so maybe I am missing something!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital brand manager running multiple social accounts, Hootsuite has been a game-changer for me. It allows me to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track analytics for all my brands in one centralized dashboard, which saves me so much time and keeps everything organized. The analytics tools are incredibly helpful for measuring performance and adjusting strategies to get better results. I also love how easy it is to collaborate with my team, assign tasks, and keep our content calendar on track. Hootsuite has made managing social media more efficient and effective—I couldn’t do my job without it!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was the best option to manage the large number of accounts my team needed to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
After all of these years, I still find the interface to be a bit non-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had more than 25 social accounts, for which we needed to centralize management. In addition, we needed to be able to analyze performance to make sure we were spending our social resources in effective ways.
A straightforward tool for posting content
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to use and publish content. Reviewing content is also quite intuitive and helps show the effect of posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is inconvenient to make sure you have the exact formatting correct. On other sites, you can upload various file sizes and formats, etc., and they update them for you to post. With Hootsuite, I often have to resize or scale down photos to get them to not have posting alerts.

To make posting on several sites easier.
Overall Great Platform with Minor Complaints!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a game changer for me in my role. I am a digital marketing coordinator and we like to plan our post and scheduling weeks in advance. When we were looking to start implementing a platform that allowed us to schedule when these posts went up we realized that the company still had an active hootsuite subscription from years prior. Before looking for a new platform we decided to try it out and were really impressed. This has now become something that I use daily not only for scheduling out posts but also for gathering analytics. Integrating it was relatively straight forward and I have no major complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about Hootsuite is when scheduling a tiktok it has to be in it's final form. To be more specific, most tiktok users will have a video completed and ready to upload but will pick a trending sound to put over it. On Hootsuite you aren't given an option to add a trending sound when scheduling a post on TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts to go up on specific days at specific times without having to do so on each specific social media platform saving so much time.

I love how easy it is to manage multiple accounts from one platform - i can easily pull up analytics and displays everything in a great layout.

i'm still new to Hootstuite and haven't run into anything yet that i would say that i dont like...

Awesome Platform with Reliable and Knowledgeable Support
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great platform that assists our company with managing our social media accounts, helps us achieve our marketing goals, and helps improve efficiency by saving us valuable time to focus on other job-related tasks. The support from the customer service team is also quick, reliable and personable. Hootsuite takes the worry out of managing our social media efforts.

In the past, we have experienced some technical issues when scheduling posts; however, the support team is also quick to help and resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves a number of problems for our team. We are able to manage multiple accounts at once which simplifies workflows and saves us the additional time and effort it used to take prior to implementing Hootsuite. We are able to streamline our content scheduling to remain consistent and on time. Additionally, it helps us collaborate more effectively as a team through task assignments and through our post review process. Lastly, it helps us monitor our customer engagement and allows us to see how our content is performing through in-depth analytics reporting.
A very capable and thorough content planning system - albeit a tad pricey.
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Hootsuite for our team is the ability to plan and create posts in a centralized, streamlined process. Being able to import copy and images and use their automated tools to tweak the post for each service really makes it easy to use. Even the small things, like reducing content length for Twitter or adding suggested hashtags has really sped up our content calendar creation.
Other things to note:
- I like the scoring feature. It gives us some actionable insights to chase a higher score
- Setting up all the social media accounts was easy and quick. Only had to do it once.
- Hootsuite's integration with all of our social media inboxes makes sure we don't miss any comments/messages

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a tad pricey, and they don't really budge on their pricing models. We are a very small two person team, but the jump from one user to two is astronomical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we had to create the copy and images separately, consolidate them in a spreadsheet, then upload to each site independently. Now, that process is just a few click, AND we don't have to do them all day-of. The biggest benefit from Hootsuite has been its time-saving aspect, which in turn allows us to create better content.
Great for efficiency, but some improvements could help.

Ease of scheduling, ideas suggestion, AI writing tool is helpful at times

Can't tag individual pages within Hootsuite, so you have to then go in to Fb or Linked In afterwards, to tage pages separarely.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage around 13 different accounts across the globe for my organization, and Hootsuite is essential in helping me publish those posts according to time zones, dates, and making sure I hit all the important points. It's easy to add new accounts and manage them all at once. I like that Hootsuite is constantly improving and innovating - I've been using the platform since 2022 and have noticed and used so many of the new features. From simply publishing a post to deep, well-informed analytics, Hootsuite has it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Hootsuite is that you don't get in depth access to their social listening tool with your account. You get a basic overview, but I don't find the information helpful. Also, sometimes Hootsuite in general can be a bit slow, but I think that's largely due to the amount of info the website is processing at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves my problem of accurately scheduling internationally across time zones without making the process confusing. I've used other platforms before and been OK with them, but Hootsuite will be my go-to if I'm doing any kind of social media management outside of the time zone that I live in. You can also schedule posts as far in the future as you need, which makes managing holidays easier. I also like that with my account, I can have my intern under her own seat so that I can properly manage my team.
