Great for managing multiple social accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful part of Hootsuite is that my onsite teams can schedule their content weeks in advance to limit stressors during the normal weekly workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a better way to manage social stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is making it easier for our onsite teams to manage their content and it's allowing us to dig into some great analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, analytics, ease of use are all strong cases of why we picked Hootsuite. Product keeps improving to meet our needs ie IG collaborations. Their social lisetning AI capabilities are great. We get great support from their account team. Supporting local: we are also a Vancouver based organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the higher side compared to other platforms we've explored

Hootsuite is great for Social Media Post

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to schedule Social Media post for weeks and weeks in advance without worrying about forgetting a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cant edit any font or add hyperlinks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to preschedule social media post. For a while we would have weeks go by without any post. Using HootSuite I can schedule several post at a time and avoid forgetting any post. Also using the recommendation date future is very useful as well. All of this is very helpful when you have multiple projects going at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really easy to use from the perspective of UX/UI, it's really intuitive and it help you to keep your social media strategy organized.
Tags on content are simply amazing, they help me to understand wich kind of content and design is being loved by my community thanks to the analytics feature.
I think the analytics that Hootsuite provide are really helpful when you are trying to identify insigths about your customers to give them the content they need or want.

The implementation was really quick. In the latin american market I'm working with 8 social media workflows and the experiences has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I found an issue with the content calendar view exporting feature. When I tried to export the social media calendar to give some information about to the commercial team, the calendars were exported without any data. After reporting the problem, the technical team solve the problem after two months and I think it's a really long time when you have to give some visibility about what you are doing on social media to the management team on the company without the export functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I work with 8 different countrys with different content, Hootsuite help me to make easier to manage all the content and the analytics for each country. With this software, I can save a lot of manual work and it's really helpful with all the workload I have.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make multiple different posts per day and be able to filter posts via social media accounts. Also, I love that you can schedule months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you post youtube videos, the link embedded in the content does not automatically load an approproate youtube still. You have to manually upload one which I believe takes away from the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to plan social media posts during our off season hours so we have more time to focus on the garden center during the growing season.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is focused on the success of their clients. Not on how much money clients must spend to get quality services—a common practice among some of Hootsuite's competitors. We feel confident with our social media success because we feel supported by Hootsuite's amazing employees every step of the way. Plus, the platform continues to evolve. I love the new Listening feature on Hootsuite, which helps us understand about sentiment as a whole. I can't say enough good things about Hootsuite, and please ignore all the shade its competitors try to throw at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. It does encounter a glitch here and there, buy what tech or social media management tool doesn't experience this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us understand how our content—that aims to be informative, inspirational, and educates—resonates with our social media audiences. It also allows us to track overall sentiment, and it's another tool to gauge how we're supporting our members with all of our services—from roadside assistance to travel.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool we use daily and we have been using it for more than 5 years.

Its use and implementation have been simple and quick.

The platform offers many modules that include:
- Social media management: management, scheduling of posts, and responding.
- Data analytics: Generates quick and simple reports.
- Internal reports on the tasks performed by the teams.
- Integration with artificial intelligence.
- Integration with Talkwalker

The support team and account executives provide timely responses and resolve all questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like is that the Amplify tool is very expensive. Also, it doesn't have a tool for Influencer Marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to optimize the workflow and reduce management times, as well as delivery in reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite covers the social media management pretty well, mainly because of its scheduling feature which lets you plan and execute your campaigns across various channels from one dashboard. Its team collaboration features help us gather approvals easily and integrate nicely with our media libraries.

In addition, the extensive analytics that Hootsuite provides are invaluable. They also give us excellent insight as to the performance of individual calls-to-action and click-through rates which help us make data-informed decisions when it comes to social media strategy. This feature enables us to optimize our campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't always keep up to date with new platforms likeBluesky or the newest content formats on TikTok, like the new slides feature.

Also the platform would greatly benefit from more flexible data visualization tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been very good at dealing with a series of key challenges in our social media management strategy. First and above all, it simplifies the scheduling coordination of content across multiple platforms, which has made our team vastly more efficient than ever before. The ability to plan, approve, and schedule posts from a single dashboard means we devote less time sorting out logistics and more actually doing work: thinking up soul-stirring strategies or mining for gold with great creative contents. Second Hootsuite's strong analytics suite was critically important as we moved from empirical decision-making to data-based judgment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its analytical capabilities, as well as the "boost" feature for Facebook & Instagram. It makes it super easy to schedule "boosted" posts.

I've experienced minor glitches with posting.
