Best social media scheduler i've used
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do everything in the same spot, and being able to use the majority of the features on social media. and showing me what it will look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the tools can be a little gimicky and not actually help businesses that are smaller and trying to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it a million times easier to stay consistant

What do you like best about the product?
As a hootsuite user for a long time, i would say this tool is a all in one package when it comes to social media management, handling content and retrospecting on the conversion performance.
Hootsuite has been helping me designing and creating content for my Not -for- Profit (NPO) organization (TRI). Features such as reporting, analytics, and engagement evaluation summary is really beneficial and very helpful for organic growth. Moreover calender management and autosaving drafts are real time savers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its a good SM Tool but its quite expensive on the pocket for small, medium organizations. Sometimes the interface can be complex for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making my organization social media content easy to manage. sometimes dealing with content creation and analyzing the conversion rate can be painful, but with the use of hootsuite this is done in few minutes.
One stop shop for all the fun
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to schedule cross platform post easily. I use this software frequently. I find it very useful that even if I have writters block, I can still get content out by using the AI content feature. This is by far the easiest software to use to get cross platform content out. And, if I ever have issues I know I can count on customer support to be there. If you have not tried it yet, I highly recommend it. It's so easy to set up and get going!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt a single thing I would change about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross platform posting. Its such a pain to have to log in across all platforms at a specific time and post. But, with hootsuite I can easily log in when I have time, write one post, and post it every where.

Great Social Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics. There is such a vast array of analytics to work with, and the weekly Social Performance Score is a great indicator when trying to grow a brand. The platform is super easy to use and I've had no issues linking accounts or getting set up. As a marketer I use it every day and couldn't go without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is that you can't upload slideshows for a LinkedIn post, meaning I have to schedule direct from LinkedIn in those cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have everything all in one place, and the analytics have helped grow my company's brand massively - it's very helpful to see weekly what's working and what isn't.
Amazing! Everything I was needing from a scheduling and advertising social media software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly the software is! I use it daily at work and I never fail to be amazed by how easy it is to use, whether it's scheduling posts, running ads, or even integrating in new accounts. Makes my job much easier and I work more efficiently. I also appreciate how quick the team is to give updates, ensure everything is running correctly, and how friendly their team/customer support is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more social platform choices. It is relatively limited right now so while *most* of my social platforms are now all in the same place with Hootsuite making it easier, there are still a couple social platforms (like Snapchat Ads and Google Business for me personally) that I still find myself having to go to individually to post or create ad campaigns. Would love it if that was all in the software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me run smoother and more consistent ad campaigns as well as allows me to schedule out posts across several platforms saving me time by having to go into each individual one and doing it manually. I am more efficient and more consistent.

I appreciate the metrics that are given for each account as they help give us a tangible item for our clients.

I dislike the high price associated with the platform.

Helping us keep ahead on scheduling so we can ensure we have the right amount of content being published as expected by our clients.
Comprehensive But Disjointed
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is new for me with this team, and it's an application I previously used 7-8 years ago, so I'm familiar with it, but much has changed. I use the product almost daily. What attracted this team to transitioning to this product was the comprehensiveness of this app versus our past chocie. We wanted the improved listening and the perceived simplicity of posting to multiple applications with precise control, but at the same time. The app is significantly more robust and the listening so far has been accurate and insightful. The analytics are also far more detailed and conclusive, and I do like the added evaluations of our posts as well as suggestions for improvement. All of this has been a great and welcomed change we can attach a lot of goals to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting is not as simple as I remember, nor as I feel like was described. I do have to post through multiple access points to share with all of our channels. It's a much greater effort in my routine than it was with our previous app. Additionally, posting stories, which was another primary reason to switch, is really not functional for my use at all and I've reverted to posting mobily. I feel like Hootsuite oversold the ability to post Instagram stories and maybe glossed over the ability to post Facebook stories. These aren't seamless, with access to the same tools as mobile, and they really can't be scheduled well from what I've seen. I wish, overall, things were a little more transparent and less disjointed in the interface. That said, the customer service has been fairly easy to work with to try to figure it all out, but I don't think it changes the situation itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The objective for Hootsuite is for it to simplify our processes with social media and make posting throughout our channels faster, more cohesive, and and planned. For us, the idea is not to engage with our channels daily, short of responding to comments and messaging. We're also gaining valuable insight from the analytics, suggestions, listening, and the reporting that follows with these.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness of the platform. Everything is well presented and you can play with the data very easily. Plus, Tik Tok works on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, certain social media pages are disconnected from the app for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great economies of scale, easy for communication, and planification.
Sweet Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been my go to for all of my Social media management and analytics. Its very user friendly, was easy to link all my social accounts to as well. I have 16+ alone people that I manage multiple accounts for so that was important. Jared our Account manager has always been so valuable and helpful and leads us to the right area for assistance. I log into Hootsuite everyday so to have the ease of use of, planning, Scheduling, using AI for quick copy and the analytics all in one is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I have found with Hootsuite is the incompataibilty to post Facebook stories. This si the only catergory I have to go and use the Meta for.

Hootsuite allows me to have a one stop shop for all things social media, I can stay in the software for, Planning, copywriting, seo, anyaltics and inbox managment.
