Years of reliable service and advice

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite multiple times a day for years as my primary tool for posting on social media and tracking results. It's reliable, easy to use and more than robust enough for my needs. On the ocassion when there has been a question, their customer support has been quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly, I've wished that they'd have been faster to add a new social platform. But most often that same platform became irrelevant a few months later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Juggling mulitple business accounts on mulitple social services as quickly as possible.

Very easy and convenient

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect your accounts and post on them at once. You can also check timelines, like and comment all in one place across multiple platforms. It saves me so much time and ease knowing I can just schedule everything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the Instagram story option is not the most ideal for postingon IG. You would be better off doing that manually through the app. I alos dont like when you initially schedule you have to schedule all the post for each platform at the same time then go back and change it indivdually. It would be much more efficient if we can assign a time to each platform initially and scheule it that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allowas me to gaurantee that posts were published. allows me to also see the whole month worth of content that I have planned out.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Hootsuite goes across social media but I have scaled back my use and I am not sure I will renew next year. I like that it measures clicks and helps me know which time slots to place my book ads into, and how to post my ads effectively. Setting it up was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding a limit to the reach that I can get with Hootsuite. It looks like I'm only reaching the same thousand people, and I need to reach far more than that. It feels like my posts might be getting blocked by social media outlets like Twitter and Instagram because of the frequency. Despite posting some weeks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it's not reaching enough people. I think somehow they're discounting my posts because they're too frequent. Also, I'm having trouble signing in to my Twitter account and connecting Hootsuite to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to boost my book's visibility on social media, as I don't have a large email list. It helps me measure clicks and find the best time slots for my posts, making my social media efforts more effective. I think it is re-posting to the same 1,200 people over and over again.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts saves me so much time in the week. I also like the AI caption writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a learning curve and was overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve the constraints it takes to remember when and what to post. Now I can schedule once a week, and engage with following when I have a moment to.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the planning and scheduling of posts. The optimization is also good as well as the easinest of the implementation of posts and customer service support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great. This works really good so far and I have no issues

The problems being solved are social media management and optimization. It's also solving the ease in scheduling posts.

Versatile and time-saving

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with tools such as Airtable and Zapier allows taking advantage of automations broadly, saving time and effort. This simplifies pre-scheduling content and repurposing and it was pretty easy to set up initially, not requiring much tinkering afterwards. Support for new platforms as they surface is nice to have. An essential part of our daily social media marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updated inbox is very cumbersome, some analytics are incomplete, and there is no support for long posts/threads (we have other tools for these, would prefer to have them all in one place as it would make things simpler).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying content distribution from a centralised content vault.

Streamlined Social Media Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to schedule all of my company restaurant/bar/club Instagram feed and story. It makes manually posting 13 outlets easier because of the automation. It's simple and easy to learn, and the calendar view is way better than Meta Business. The breakdown for each post is great, unlike Meta, which is so cluttered. The initial setup was great and easy to learn and didn't require a long tutorial to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Hootsuite won't let me bulk post stories. For example, I want to post 5 stories at the same time, but Hootsuite doesn't allow it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule Instagram posts for 13 outlets, making manual posting easier through automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The option for unlimited accounts makes it easier for my company to manage accounts on social media. Customer support also helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we don't like is that you can't segment profiles in unlimited accounts so after adding more than 100 it gets messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on a large scale to multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
First of all the best thing I know is all social media plateforms are in on place. which make is very easy to use. streams are other best option. I had a trouble with stream in past but then again I can say customer support was excellent. UI is good and easy to use. Overall i always love working with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As i have mentioned some technical glitches with update can b problematic but then again this is not a big issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one of the best feature is handling multiple accounts in one place and posting and scheduling creative is much easier. so that is one of the biggest issue that solved by hoot suit.
all i want is gmb to be added in it and it will be besteever software

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is user friendly and has all the things I need in one spot! I use this software almost daily and it helps me stay organzied. It easily integrates with all of my social media platforms. I haven't had to reach out to customer support but the website makes it easy to do! This software makes all of our posts easy to implement in our daily posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about Hootsuite!
