Manage multiple social media platforms

What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows you to manage multiple social media platforms easily and does the job fairly well. You can select different posting times for each platform, which makes scheduling content very simple. I’ve been using it every day for the past two years. It is definitely a must-have when you have multiple platforms to handle alongside other digital tasks.

The pricing is competitive and offers good value.

Sometimes it lacks performance, but overall it works great. They also provide excellent support for any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no feature to add location to your posts. Other thing that I noticed is that for Pinterest you need to create separate Pin to make a post. It should take a same content and post in while you are posting on other sites. Making a separate Pin makes it time consuming. It does not serve the purpose of posting everything at once when Pinterest is a must for you. But overall it does a good job posting on FB, Insta, LinkedIn and Twitter, all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time with easy multi-platform scheduling and use built-in analytics to grow your social media presence. By analyzing platform reports, you can identify growth opportunities and quickly generate data for internal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of going to one platform to make all of my posts, schedule in advance and set it and forget it great for not only my business but also to handle the social media for my clients as well. It's a great resources that is a game-changer to save time and streamline our processess.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much that I don't like about the software - it would be nice to be able to bold text in my posts on LinkedIn although I'm not sure that is a limitation of Hootsuite or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule my social media posts in advance on multiple channels, have my calendar filled with social content and have my posts go up at scheduled times makes my life much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling content and the calendar helps visualize my content. I use it almost every day and rarely have issues. It was easy to learn also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have better tagging options and sometimes it is hard to tell if my Instagram post will look right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduliing out my content easily across many different accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The amazing design and the useful features. It has everything an agency needs to manage customer accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing is that there is literally no training material on how to use the platform best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Hootsuite now for years to plan the content for our clients and post it on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is user friendly and saves a lot of time. I also love the AI assistance with writing social posts and suggesting hashtags.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Hootsuite does not contain many images relevant to New Zealand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time in scheduling and writing content

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to navigate features, along with the phone notification feature for posting natively. I love that their are so many integrations that work with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that their is no client approval process build in for the Pro customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me keep all my clients posts in one spot, analyze the datat that it is collection but also keeping it user friendly and not very complicated.

The great and efficient way to be able to get all customer interactions in ONE place

None really. I do not use it's full functionalities though.

Getting all social media and ad messages into one inbox. Extremely good to answer customer comments and monitior responses

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to access via desktop, laptop, or mobile. You can add, edit, and reschedule really easily, and it is very intuitive insofar as learning to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes moves slowly to update in real time, especially in adding images and links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 18 feeds that I run on a daily basis, and they must be scheduled ahead of time to ensure that I have the ability to lock and load, and edit, if necessary. I don't have to log in to account to account to account anymore!!

Best all-in-one social media scheduler

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts across all of our social media channels in one easy-to-use platform makes Hootsuite one of my favorite tools. I can hop into the platform and visually see the posts that are scheduled on the calendar on each channel. This lets me notice any gaps in content posting and address them right away. I also like the preview of the post for each channel. It's easy to get up-and-running right away after you connect your channels. I tend to use Hootsuite at least a few times per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes issues with Hootsuite disconnecting from Threads, and this means a post needs to be rescheduled. Hootsuite does send an email notification so the issue can be addressed. The cost is also a bit higher than that of some other tools, so it may not be worth the investment unless you are posting to many different channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me schedule a variety of posts across our social channels in an efficient way. I do not have to rely on using native scheduling tools on each channel, so I can be more productive with Hootsuite.
