Saves Time with Easy Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for sharing social media posts across three platforms. It saves me time by allowing me to create one post for three platforms, and I also have the ability to schedule posts for when I'm out of the office. I find it so easy to use, and I like the reporting features that show my progress. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI to create a post misses the mark. Based on all the posts I've created, I feel the AI should be more intuitive as to the nature of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time with Hootsuite by creating one post for three platforms and can schedule posts when I'm out of the office.
Hootsuite Keeps Evolving—New Tools That Save Me Time
What do you like best about the product?
I love that hootsuite has kept up with the times and has continued to grow and incorporate new tools to improve social media outcomes. As a marketing lead, this saves me so much time and makes me look like a rockstar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to successfully link my YouTube brand account to post video clips. That is probably my least favorite part, which ay be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me and my organization keep up with companies who may have a much larger team dedicated to social media. By not only helping with scheduling, the content editing tools and insights are invaluable to help us continue to grow with limited resources.
Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite enables me to keep all my content in one place and post the same content across platforms like Instagram and Facebook simultaneously. It's great being able to connect all my social media channels to bulk upload posts instead of creating several different ones. The ability to edit as many times as I need is helpful because not everything is perfect the first time. Scheduling posts ahead of time is a huge benefit since I like planning my content monthly. The initial setup was very easy, and it was a quick learning experience that made me feel like a pro. I haven't had any problems, or found a better system, so we'll continue using it. I also love not having to worry about posting on time because it schedules and posts just like I need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with Hootsuite, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps all my content in one place, allowing simultaneous posting to Instagram and Facebook. I can schedule posts ahead, avoiding the hassle of managing multiple posts, and it allows for unlimited editing, which is great for perfecting content.
Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling with Handy Drag-and-Drop Posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts for multiple social media platforms at a time. I like being able to schedule months in advance and pre-plan posts. I like being able to drag and drop a photo to post, it saves me lots of time. Also, the hashtag and caption area are accessible and great to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics section for each platform were more descriptive. The recommended posting times seem to vary by platform, and I’d like to be able to see the specific times for each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of planning and structuring social media content for a business. I can create drafts, make edits, schedule posts, and check analytics all in one place. It’s made it much easier to post consistently and build engagement. We used to struggle with keeping a regular schedule, but with Hootsuite we’re able to plan ahead and schedule posts without the last-minute rush.
How Hootsuite Helps One Man Speak To Thousands
What do you like best about the product?
We find Hootsuite's simple UI and user feedback options the most rewarding parts of the service's experience, great for both new and experiences users. Whether that's locating an old post or scheduling out a new one, its simple to navigate between windows, generate reports, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the most annoying aspects of the site are the fairly invasive pop-ups, every time we get one some sort of window is blocking buttons, and we're not particularly interested in the AI-powered features and how they're integrated into the site, we trust our ability to create our own posts, so having ways to minimize those would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the most useful aspect at this time, out social media manager can sit down on a Friday and schedule out everything for the next week, while still able to go in during that week and make any simple changes needed. The site's performance, and its ability to reconnect to platforms when issues arrive almost automatically have become incredibly helpful.
Great Scheduling and Centralized Analytics, But Recurring Publishing Issues
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule content on multiple platforms at once. It is also nice to see analytics in one place, instead of having to go from platform to platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time if I add the products to an Instagram post it has issues publishing. There are also a lot of publishing issues in general, about every other week I get an email saying a post failed to publish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me from having to log into multiple platforms to post content. This is a time saving feature. Would be nice to be able to add more without upgrading a plan.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts over four platforms is amazing and cusch a time saver! The analytics piece is also a driving force for us to use Hootsuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytic tools don't break down statistics enough. It is very comprehensive, but would be great if we could dig down into the number of individual interactions per post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootuite is solving the problem of time. It allows me to schedule out far in advance across all four social media platforms, alleviating the need for me to go back on a Sunday and post something.

I like Hootsuite for scheduling social posts for clients, as it prevents me from having to manually schedule them for various platforms. I appreciate the recommended posting times feature and how it reminds me to adjust tags for certain platforms and adhere to word limits. I also enjoy being able to visually map out my week of posts. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy.

Sometimes when I'm tagging an account, it will block the post from going up and then my client wonders why they didn't have a post that day.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite every single day to schedule social media for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and it's a lifesaver, especially since I'm the only person managing the marketing and communications for the whole law school during a hiring freeze. Without Hootsuite, I really wouldn't be able to keep up with social media, as it's crucial for scheduling posts three to five times a day for multiple platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The scheduling feature lets me plan up to two weeks ahead, which is fantastic for managing workload even when I'm on vacation. I'm incredibly grateful for Hootsuite because I truly couldn't do my job without it. The analytics are super impressive, and the way Hootsuite pulls data for different time periods, which is so fast and easy to understand, makes it easy to show the hard work I'm doing and its impact. The bulk scheduling tool is a game-changer for posting across multiple days, making event management and content planning so much easier. Being able to schedule posts from my phone, laptop, or desktop offers great flexibility. The scheduling tool helps me prioritize my day, often allowing me to spend only the first hour on social media rather than five hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find scheduling events more than once sort of difficult. The posts end up in the calendar under one day, and then I have to go into each individual one to adjust the second or third dates. I don't love that. Selecting the time frames for analytic reports is a little tricky. I encounter issues with Grammarly when editing posts on Hootsuite, as accepting changes often jumbles up the text instead of just correcting a word.

I use Hootsuite daily to schedule social media, freeing up my time and allowing me to handle multiple roles. It lets me plan posts in advance, saving hours of work. The analytics are fast and easy, helping me showcase my work effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule our social media posts months in advance and not have to worry about any posting issues when the time comes. It’s super easy to use, and I also love being able to see how our posts are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about Hootsuite. My main issue is that I use it through the company I work for, and I have trouble logging into platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube using our business accounts rather than my personal ones. It does not allow me to log in without it being my personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to schedule all posts in advance is a huge help. We post multiple times a week, and on every holiday as well, so it makes it much easier to stay on top of all our social media posts.
