Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling That Keeps Our Remote Team in Sync
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to schedule lots of content days in advance, making my job easier, and it allows our team to sync from a remote distance. It allows us to post and schedule across multiple platforms and I love that you can edit the captions specifically
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I was the one who proposed bringing this to our organization, and there have been many updates since I last used it and really like it! The only thing would be integrating music?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me so much time scheduling posts across lots of platforms. It allows us to know if the posts we had scheduled are RTG in the platforms, which is great!
Great Multi-Platform Posting, But Needs Google Drive Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post content to multiple platforms all at once and also with different images, text. I also like the image gallery that you can save creatives
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't open or integrate your Google Drive into the content library. I also don't like how you can't create threads on X and other platforms right from the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create and post content to multiple social media channels all at once and make it that each post customized to the platform. I also like the addition of the ALT text AI
Essential Tool for Timely Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule my posts ahead of time with Hootsuite. It has greatly helped in ensuring that all of our posts go out on time, and it gives me the flexibility to add things at the last minute. I also like being able to look at performance reports since those numbers are great to show our executive leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my photos that I try to schedule for X don't actually upload on the first try after I schedule them. For example, I'll schedule a post for all four of our social platforms at the same time, but the photo for X won't save. I will have to go back in and individually input that image again. Not a huge deal, but it has happened a lot recently, so might be a bug?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite takes away the pain of individually posting each piece of content and allows me to work ahead of time. I love scheduling posts to ensure timely releases and handling last-minute additions.

I also really value the nonprofit pricing, which makes a powerful tool like this accessible and cost-effective for organizations with limited budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the carousel posting functionality confusing and not very intuitive, which makes it harder to fully utilize for platforms like Instagram. I’ve also experienced issues with social media accounts frequently disconnecting, requiring them to be reconnected—this can be disruptive and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule our social media in advance, which is incredibly helpful at a small nonprofit. It enables me to batch content, stay organized, and maintain a consistent presence without needing to post in real time every day.
Easy Scheduling and Cross-Platform Analytics, but Pricing, Features, and Support Frustrate
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has made it simple to gauge analytics across platforms and optimize engagement. The scheduling and editing of content is simple and makes posting content simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to make mass edits to scheduled posts, but instead have to individually edit posts on each platform. Analytics are often not settled until two weeks after I need them. There are glitches in video settings that I often experience. Responding to comments/messages in Hootsuite is more of a hassle than anything. The pricing is astronomical, even for a basic account. Upgrades that may help with some of the issues we face are even more expensive - unnecessarily so. Support requests are simple to make, but it takes extensive back and forth to even get the rep to understand the issue. Once the issue has been explained, they may either tell you that it's unable to be corrected, or they will put in a feature request that you never hear back about.

Hootsuite makes scheduling content across platforms faster, and it makes seeing our content schedule/calendar very easy and streamlined for all members of the social team.

I love how Hootsuite centralizes my scheduling, making social media management so much easier. It's user-friendly, intuitive, and simple to use, which is great. I appreciate the draft option and the duplicate feature, and the layout of the calendar is really helpful as it allows me to be flexible with my scheduling when last minute changes pop up. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that the drag and drop feature works in the calendar could be improved - sometimes it glitches and does not allow me to insert my post in the exact time I need. I then need to manually input the time, so that's annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it allows me to schedule content across multiple platforms and accounts efficiently, which is very helpful for managing a lot of accounts. The ease of use and ability to be more efficient stand out to me. The scheduling tool is particularly beneficial as it is easy to understand and execute, allowing me to duplicate posts easily and adapt them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts disconnect regularly and there's also some limited options considering how much we pay. Better ability to download reports without having to pay more than a smaller company can afford would be helpful.

Useful for Multi-Account Management, Needs More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use of Hootsuite. I appreciate that I can plan my social posts in advance and have everything ready so I don't have to worry about it in real time. The ability to invite collaborators and post content without having to manage it instantly is helpful. I also find the social score feature beneficial, as it lets me see how my posts compare to previous ones and if I need to change the types of social posts I'm doing. Additionally, I like that Hootsuite provides recommended times to post for each account and allows me to manage multiple accounts within one interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more availability to invite collaborators within Facebook so I didn't have to do that in real time. I also wish there was more that I could do on the side of reels and adding captions within videos. Some of the things that I have to still do native to the Instagram app. As well as I would like to be able to do more with social ads within Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan social posts in advance, see a social score to compare my posts, invite collaborators within Instagram, check upcoming holidays, get recommended post times, and manage multiple accounts in one interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Hootsuite because it's easy to use and easy to navigate, and logging in has never caused me any issues. I also appreciate that I don't have to reauthorize myself all the time. Hootsuite really saves me time by allowing me to schedule efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to share posts as stories. That would be a great upgrade.

Hootsuite helps me schedule content on my social accounts, saving me time posting.
