Great way to track social media successes and improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of posting and tracking our success on our various social medial platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable. It's really be a great system for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to pay a 3rd party to manage our social media.
Convenient Multi-Channel Management with Minor Speed Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like how Hootsuite brings multiple social channels into one place, which makes scheduling and monitoring much easier. The initial setup was pretty easy overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of Hootsuite can feel a little chunky or slower than expected, especially when managing a lot of content at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for planning social media posts, and it mostly covers up location changes. I especially like how Hootsuite brings multiple social channels into one place, making scheduling and monitoring much easier.
A great product for scheduling and analyzing social media
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get started using Hootsuite! Scheduling content is efficient and saves our company time. Moreover, seeing the analytics on simple and clear graphs for each channel helps us understand how our content is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't provide the total experience of posting natively, but for any straightforward content, it rocks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us have an central place to schedule content. Prior to that, we had to post everything directly to each platform which took too long.
A no-brainer for marketing teams of all sizes!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the easiest interfaces I have ever worked with for social media management. The platform is incredibly intuitive and I can bring new users up to speed quickly and with confidence that they can function independently. It has all of the features I need to use on a daily basis and they often implement upgrades to offer new features that can make my processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only thing I do not like about Hootsuite. I work for a small business so when platforms increase their pricing to match the market, it can make it difficult to keep getting approval for the subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to do my job because it is a one-stop shop platform. I don't need to go to several platforms to complete my job duties. I simply just login to Hootsuite and see everything I need.
I love Hootsuite. I work for a nonprofit organization.
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the AI integrated features as well as the ability to post via mobile notification for instagram, as that has helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is not having the updated IG sizing in hootsuite for previews, as the sizing changed for posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple platforms at once is extremely helpful, reccomended post times helps me establish when I want to post, and the new social media score has allowed me resources and tips on how to improve our social media reach.

The system is always having issues that prevent the content for being posted on different platforms

Being able to post on multiple platform at one time and plan weeks in advance
Simple to use and easy to navigate

THe simple straight forward interface is great. Easy to manage and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to organize my desktop view. There are certain features we simpley don't use that are always pushed to the top of the menu.

Lets us publish multiple places at once and manage/respond to comments and messages all on one simple dashboard
Great platform to host all my clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post accross all platforms for my clients and have multiple clients. I also like that I can connect Canva directly to it to be able to create in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to post to stories within Hootsuite and do tagging. I also wish I could see who I was tagging on IG before it posts.

It allows me to post for all of my clients in one place rather than login to each of their social media platforms.
Great tool for social media managers!

Hootsuite is such an easy tool for scheduling social media posts out on any platform for our business, and the analytics we're able to track every month are so helpful in improving our social media strategies!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've never had a problem with Hootsuite in the 5+ years we've used it!

It is significantly helping how we approach our social media strategy, helping us find the best days and times to post, and significantly breaking down our monthly analytics and social media measurements to improve our strategy and plan every month.
Hootsuite is a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a game-changer for managing my social media content. Scheduling posts in advance saves me so much time and keeps everything running smoothly, even when I’m busy with other tasks. I love that I can post to 4 social media platforms at the same time and put my social media strategy on auto-pilot. The analytics are nice but they could be improved. I learn more from logging into each platform directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is pretty high since many social platforms have scheduling built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance from one platform. What I love most is the analytics—it’s like having a behind-the-scenes look at what’s working and what’s not. Seeing which posts get the most engagement helps me fine-tune my strategy and reach more people. It’s super satisfying to watch my audience grow and know that my content is actually making an impact!
