Great tool for any social media manager, but could follow new social media features a bit faster

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to make variations of the same post for different channels, and more than halves my scheduling time. I use Hootsuite daily, both to schedule and monitor performance. It is very simple to use for colleagues new to social media management and easy to add or remove social media accounts. The addition of posting carousels directly to Instagram has really made it 10 times better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system sometimes lag behind innovations in social media, eg the Instagram option is still restricted to 10 pictures, while Instagram changed it to 10+ months ago. This is sometimes a cause for frustration as you are stuck between posting just ten pictures, or using Instagram directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved my organisation and team so much time in posting and scheduling across multiple platforms. It solves the issue of Meta and LinkedIn having different systems, and seamlessly integrates all of their analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and allows all the platforming in one place and we use it every day. Allows easy integration of all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able schedule to posts at different times on different platforms when adding the content in from the scheduling page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule all the content in one place and know that it will go through without any problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use: reminds me of an Apple style offering - everthing is intuative, laid out nicely and accesible. If you are uncertain of definitions on analytics, there is an easy information section which will tell you exactly what the metric is looking at. The calendar view for scheduled posts is also very helpful for visualising a schedule. I use the scheduling tool on a daily basis and don't think I have ever had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like some of the metrics might be a little overinflated which can lead to awkward conversations with clients who have looked at the numbers from built in tools on Meta etc. Otherwise, I can't think of much here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily easy scheduling, but I also use it for monthly reports for clients and internal performance analysis where the data is laid out nicely and accessibly.

It is simple- you can start quickly. You have a good overview and to connect your Social profiles is pretty easy.

Sometimes you get mistakes and the plattform has not all possibility.

Nothing really, if anything I'd like it to be priced lower but so would anyone!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling social media posts across various platforms and accounts, the variety of features allows you to tag different accounts in the post whether that's for LinkedIn, Facebook or instagram (For example).

The ease of collaborating with other social media accounts is amazing too. The view of the platform is very easy to see your social media plan across the week without having to click between pages.

Customer Support is simple and easy to manage, by resolving those unnecessary notifications but highlighting messages to respond to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connectivity of some social media accounts that are not set-up with a bsiness account makes it awkward and complicated to post to other pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply solves the problem of having to swap and change between platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X - for posting social media content. Ensure's more time is spent on the actual quality of the content rather than trying to get the content out on all the platforms.

Efficient cross posting, great analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite in all of my workplaces for a number of years and would recommend it to any marketer who needs to manage multiple social accounts. It's easy to use and makes posting across multiple accounts extremely efficient. The analytics feature is particularly useful and saves me a lot of time when generating reports about our account performance. Integration is easy you just need to reconnect your accounts every once in a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that sometimes I have issues with linking different accounts within the text, so I need to copy/paste my post and post it directly on the relevant platform. I also find that the posting feature times out quickly so sometimes I lose my work. You also can't modify posts within five minutes of the posting time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us quickly post across four different social media accounts. It saves us time. It also provides us with a centralized area for all of our social media analytics which again, saves us a lot of time because we don't have to dig into each separate account to find the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule content for multiple channels while also benefitting of all the social analytics in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the inbox 2.0. I preferred the older version which didn't require filtering and just showed the latest comment/mention etc. regardless of what channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what content is going out across all channels. The ability to schedule content on multiple channels at once in 'create a post' and simply selecting the channels I want my message to go out on.
