Actionable Metrics and Updates That Help Improve Captions, Editing, and Platform Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the metrics and seeing how i can improve. I like the fact that there are different updates, so I can improve on captions, editing and much more. I like the advice it gives on what different platforms offer and how to utlize them to the best of ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that for twitter I have to do it one by one instead of ALL together like Facebook. I don't like how there are different dimension/format rules for different platforms. And I don't like how I have to place content individually

We solve scheduling and organization to help our clients achieve their goals. Hootsuite helps in understanding what works with the algorithm and what does not.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for running my job's social media, and I love how you can tailor each post to fit each platform, allowing me to speak to each audience differently. It enables me to post to multiple pages at once, which is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging and collaborating with other pages is always a hassle. Or even editing a post after it's gone out. Connecting multiple pages to the platform can get tricky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me post to multiple pages at once and tailor each post for different platforms, enabling me to communicate with each audience effectively.
Intuitive for Scheduling, But Pricey with Mobile Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts. I like that it is intuitive to use as well as easy to understand. It's extremely nice having so many different platforms on there to post to, which makes the whole process much smoother. It also makes it easy to schedule posts and work with multiple people who may be scheduling posts. Hootsuite helps track progress and ensures everything is getting done as needed. I like that it lets you edit specific things for each platform if you are making a post that is going to multiple places. The initial setup was very easy, just signing into social media accounts and figuring out Hootsuite's navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't work on a team of people for scheduling posts, it is a one person job. It is expensive for what it is and since Facebook and Instagram are my main priorities, I can use Meta's free scheduling. Hootsuite can also be laggy at times as well as it is extremely difficult for me to use it on mobile/on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to easily schedule social media posts and coordinate with others, simplifying tracking and task completion. It's intuitive and supports multiple platforms, streamlining our efforts. It lets me customize posts for different platforms, ensuring tailored content.
Streamlined Social Media Scheduling with Enhanced AI Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite really helpful because it allows us to schedule our posts for the following week, which means we don't have to work on each post every day. I also like that the AI helps correct our posts to be better. We usually write a draft, and copying and pasting it in the AI page makes a better draft. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy, although my coworker did it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we receive a failure message for scheduled posts not being posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts for the week, so I don't have to manage each one daily. The AI improves our drafts, making our posts better.
Efficient Social Media Management with Top-Notch UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite very stable and appreciate the great UI/UX. It really works for me. I like how the placement of the various buttons and the way things can be sorted, viewed, and analyzed for multiple social media platforms from one screen is pretty efficient. This efficiency is something the native social platform schedulers don't offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the scheduling limits, which are the number of total posts that can be scheduled. Every platform has a limit to the max number of posts that can be scheduled, so if those are removed, I can schedule more posts for times when I am taking a long break from work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me schedule posts and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously with a very stable UI/UX. It allows efficient sorting, viewing, and analysis from one screen, which native platform schedulers don't offer.
Unified Inbox Makes Managing Multiple Clients Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love unified inbox. At our agency Createwity, we're handling multiple clients at once, so there's always something happening, comments, dms, mentions, all over the place. Before, it felt a bit all over the place keeping track of everything. Now it's just easier to sit in one dashboard and respond without jumping between apps all the time. It's not flashy, but it makes a real difference day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the social listening feature, it's useful to understand what people are actually saying about a brand. but it just give basic feature in team plan. For more deep insight, pushed to upgrade. That cost it too much for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is like our core team member at Createwity. It helps us stay organized while handling multiple clients. Instead of switching between tools, we manage content and engagement in one place. It just give me under control feeling. :)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use in Hootsuite. It allows me to have more time to do other things by truncating the time it takes for message creation and distribution. I enjoy writing copy, and the new AI tools make things much easier. The initial setup was really easy for me as I'm pretty adept at tech. I also appreciate being able to integrate Hootsuite with other tools I use like ChatGPT, Canva, OpusPro, and NotebookLM. Additionally, I came back to Hootsuite because as a nonprofit, I enjoy the lesser rate now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is access to other networks, like VK, for distribution to other countries. I would like a more global environment with an increase in the number of social networks that one can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time and effort by allowing me to create one post and distribute it across nearly all my social networks effortlessly. The AI tools also make message creation quicker, freeing more time for other activities.
Decent Scheduling Tool, Needs Better Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite gives me the opportunity to schedule the post when I want to post them. It helps me because I can focus on my other job, my actual job, while still growing my TikTok.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lack of proper guidance on how to use the site correctly. I downloaded the application on the app store, but I don't know how to start it. Also, I think the initial setup could be improved, as I would rate it a six out of ten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule my TikTok posts, which lets me focus on my other job while still aiming to grow my TikTok and gain more followers.

Visually Friendly Calendar View with some helfup perks (but I'd rather have less for cheaper)
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar view, the AI features, idea generator, and reporting options. It's visually friendly, which is very important for me and my team to see at a glance what is planned, where, and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they removed their free plan. We are a non-profit and even if we don't use the features that cause prices to go up, we are still expected to pay for them, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling. That's why I have it and that's all the benefit I actually need. It's helpful when scheduling to have the customized options to see how it would appear on each platform, but that technology is not always on point.
