What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it really easy to manage multiple social accounts in one place, which is a huge time saver. The scheduling tools are simple and reliable, and the calendar view helps keep content organised across all our venues. I also like the analytics dashboards, as they give a clear snapshot of performance without needing to dig too deep. It’s a practical, user friendly platform that keeps everything streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit limiting that you can’t automatically publish a first comment with Instagram posts. This makes it harder to include hashtags or additional context without manually going in after posting, especially compared to other tools that offer this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule content across multiple accounts in one place, which is a huge benefit when managing 22 different profiles. It keeps everything organised with a clear content calendar, saves time by planning posts in advance, and ensures consistency across all venues without needing to post manually each day.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for managing multiple social media accounts across various organizations and platforms. I love being able to do everything from one platform and appreciate the good analytics it provides, allowing me to review performance on a month-to-month basis. Hootsuite's great customer support is also a big plus, with the help desk always responding quickly with the answers I need. The time-saving aspect of using one platform for all accounts is incredibly valuable.

would be great if images uploaded were automatically shared in the library
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media accounts with ease, saving me lots of time. It offers great analytics for monthly performance review, and its responsive customer support is really helpful.

Unified Inbox That Makes Multi-Account Social Messaging Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
The unified inbox is the main reason why i continue to come back. The facebook, instagram, tiktok, threads, linkedin – all messages and comments are shown in real time. I can reply without having to open an additional tab. I have multiple client accounts, before using this tool, i would actually lose my mind switching between everything. DM automation is very useful. So, i am not manually typing the same answers every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks feature could use more columns (such as deadlines, status, links) because right now it’s a little bare & i still need to use another tool for that which defeats the point. Also some of newer integrations, specifically threads, are glitchy. Triggers don’t always fire correctly & end up having to go check manually anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using this i had like 6 subscriptions running at the same time just to cover scheduling, analytics, listening, inbox and automation but now it’s one thing. That alone saves a lot of money and the social listening feature also is very helpful it is usually locked behind more expensive paywal but in here it’s just in there with the plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, from connecting to social platforms, posting daily, to understanding the analytics. I like the interface as it is user-friendly and everything is easy to find/clearly labelled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social score were specific about what areas you could improve upon. I also wish the reports were a little user-friendly or maybe easier to read? I find the comparisons difficult to understand sometimes, and I wish they were slightly more editable and maybe could add company branding to the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am one person in this department, and it helps me streamline the process of posting daily and provide reports to upper management on our brand awareness, reach and other analytics. It helps me stay organised with my other tasks, and it helps to be able to look back at old posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides a single platform for me to manage multiple clients, each with multiple accounts. The analytics are detailed and can be customized to fit what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the pricing. For someone just starting out, it might feel a bit high, but for me it works well and feels worth it. Some people say the interface looks dated, but I’ve used it for so long that it doesn’t bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to manage multiple clients along with their various social media accounts in one place. The inbox feature is especially helpful because it lets me monitor messages and respond without having to jump between different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts across different platforms at once. The UX is great and easy to use. I also find the analytics useful, having everything I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite has restrictions when I try to schedule posts that aren't actually restricted on the social media platform. For example, if I'm posting through Facebook, I can have videos and photos in the same post, but Hootsuite doesn't allow it and says Facebook doesn't allow different media on the same post. The admin panel could be better; it's so primitive and has an outdated UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts across different platforms simultaneously, making it easy to manage. The UX is great, analytics for everything in one place.

Easy Backend Navigation and Consistent Performance with Strong ROI

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate the back end. I appreciate being able to opt out of AI, and I generally find the performance to be consistent. Sometimes integrations can tap out, and I could use more touchpoint from the team (instead of me reaching out first all the time), I generally feel like our agency is getting a value out of the platform, and the ROI is positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations can disconnect without warning, and the interface can be a little frustrating if there is a disconnect. I've had some posts fail to go out, and I wish I had a better understanding of why. I also loathe the forced AI takeover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m a consultant, and I generally recommend that clients set up Hootsuite to support their digital communications strategy. At this agency, the ED had been posting everything in real time, which meant we had no analytics, no insight into the best posting times, and no real strategy to guide our work. Now we can do all of that and more. It has streamlined our digital comms, expanded our team’s capacity, and helped us write better grants based on digital performance. My time is limited to 40 hours a month, and instead of spending 2–3 hours on social media from my personal phone, I’m able to keep everything for the agency contained here.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, the versatility of the analytics you can pull, and how simple it is to connect multiple accounts. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve run into any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think the price is too expensive for what it offers, although I do think there are more affordable competitors out there. I also wish there were an autosave feature, because I’ve lost posts I was working on before after being automatically signed out.

It helps me schedule posts, stay on top of my content calendar, and manage posting for multiple organizations at the same time. I really like having everything in one place, because it keeps my workflow organized and easier to track.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity of operation make this software worth every penny. It easily integrates into my most used platforms and saveshundreds of hours of work each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will find it very difficult to criticize the software as it works as advertised and does what it says it is going to do. The integrations are simple and easy to execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and time are direct benefits of using Hootsuite. It integrates into the platforms I use weekly and cuts hundreds of hours of time from my yearly calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it has lots of features. I feel like its ease of use is better than other platforms I've tried. I appreciate the calendar feature for sure. The analytics are way better, and there are more features that stand out. The initial setup was easy, which is a big plus for me.
