A simple, slick one stop shop for my social media needs

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is fantastic for managing social media. The interface is easy to use, and implementing and scheduling posts across different platforms is super convenient and is a go to every day as a central point of all our social media. Managing multiple accounts and interacting with followers in one place is a huge time-saver.
The analytics tools offer valuable insights, helping me improve engagement.
All in all, integrating hootsuite into our daily social media needs has been quick and slick
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the reporting and anylitics can be fiddly to zero in on what exactly I am looking ofr, but access to their training pages and customer support has helped balance this out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves several key problems in social media management. By allowing me to schedule posts across multiple platforms, it saves me a significant amount of time and effort. The analytics tools provide valuable insights into engagement and performance, enabling me to make strategic adjustments to my social media strategy. Additionally, managing multiple accounts and interacting with followers from one centralized place simplifies the process and reduces stress. Overall, Hootsuite's features streamline social media management and enhance my ability to engage effectively with my audience.

It's a simple and somewhat "cheap" solution for social media analytics and scheduling

The restriction in competitors and connections for basic plans

What do you like best about the product?
The Best part about Hootsuite is the fact that you can schedule your social media without limits, not only in the number of posts but also in terms of time. From now until infinity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it's too expensive, and it should review its pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically an organization issue in our company.

Great for managing multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I think the ability to switch between accounts seamlessly is very handy. The calendar view is easy to understand and navigate. I haven't utilised the reporting feature too much apart from looking at best times to publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it would be handy to have a more prominent social media sizing guide - specifically when you go to create a post or in that process leading up to it. Instagram recently made that annoying change to their layouts which has impacted the size of posts and it would be great to have an up to date guide readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple accounts and scheduling in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really comforting knowing that no matter which brand I'm posting for, the Hootsuite layout always feels familiar and easy to use. I always enjoy coming back to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit clunky to navigate, and I've noticed a few minor bugs here and there after updates. But overall, it's definitely worth it for the time it saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite simplifies my life by making it easy to manage social media for different brands. The consistent interface is a huge plus – I know exactly where to find everything, no matter which account I'm working on.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling posts features, tagging ability and recomended times to post. The analytics are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I love the tool and have been using it for many years. Recommend it to all of my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the AI assistant and I love how easy it is to post across multiple platforms. Hootsuite is constantly improving and over the last three years we've used this software it's moved from great to downright AWESOME. We are posting via Hootsuite most weekdays and the analytics are helpful for marketing amateurs like myself to improve our posting engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love that Hootsuite ties into Canva, but I wish the integration also allowed me to access my archive of existing content as sometimes I'm reusing existing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down time for posting across and managing multiple social channels. It's also putting all the data into one spot.

Efficient way to plan social media

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite is my one-stop shop for social media scheduling. I can sync all of my accounts and plan campaigns with ease. They are also great at updating their platform to integrate new features and troubleshoot with the ever-changing social media climate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer their web/computer based interface over the app, but when I'm on the road the app still gets it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is an excellent time-saver. It allows to to plan cross-platform with ease. It also collects the analytics that I need to show growth in our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights I can easily gather from all of our different platforms. It allows me to get a much easier snapshot of how each platform is comparing with each other, what types of content work best, and how to better cross-promote items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to schedule Reels and stories on Instagram (but that may be an Instagram issue). Week by week scheduling is easy, but if you want to plan a few months in advance, it's not always the easiest to get a full view of all the upcoming content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of being able to plan and schedule for multiple platforms, as well as grab analytics for multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is most helpful in knowing when and how to post. Getting tips and recommendations on how to improve my score and seeing that on the home dashboard is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't easily repeat certain posts. I know it's important to post original content, but I'd like to be able to schedule certain posts to run every week etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to easily see how I'm performing across channels and combined.
