Streamlines Social Media Scheduling and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite for its simplicity. It's very quick, very easy to use, and everything's clear and obvious. The calendar is very easy to navigate. The user experience is just very clear and easy to use essentially. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy and very simple, taking no time at all, and it's good value for money as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the current account is small for what you can actually post on X. So it reduces it by too much, whereas you can do bigger posts. The tagging can sometimes be off on LinkedIn a little bit, but these niggles, they're not anything negative, I don't think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to save time by planning and scheduling social posts, ensuring continuous activity and better time management. It provides analytics for reports without manual work, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for posting to multiple social platforms and for analytics. I appreciate being able to schedule content across different platforms from the same page, which simplifies my workflow. I find the ability to link posts valuable. I also really like the top performing posts feature and the feedback it provides. The time of day to post suggestions is helpful, and I enjoy the reporting and being able to search by different metrics. Setting up Hootsuite was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get my manager to approve my posts by scheduling them herself. Sometimes if I choose a time of day in the draft, she can't get into the draft after that time to edit/approve. She ends up duplicating the post to get around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule content across multiple platforms from the same page and get insights on top-performing posts and feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use the plan function to see all of my past, current and future socials content across all platforms to help me organise my social posts
What do you dislike about the product?
The area I use the least is OwlyGPT because I do not feel as though I need to use it in my work and generative AI it is not a tool I like to use personally

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage everything in one place. Being able to schedule content across multiple platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to messages without jumping between apps saves a lot of time. The calendar view is especially useful for planning ahead and keeping content consistent, and the analytics give a clear overview of what’s actually performing so you can adjust your strategy quickly. Overall, it helps keep social organised and efficient without overcomplicating things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that it can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when you’re managing a lot of accounts or trying to move quickly. The UI isn’t always the most intuitive, and some actions take more clicks than they should. Pricing can also be a barrier, particularly for smaller teams or solo marketers, as a lot of the more useful features sit behind higher-tier plans.

Analytics are helpful, but they’re not always as in-depth or flexible as you’d want for more advanced reporting, so you sometimes end up exporting data or using other tools alongside it. Overall, it does the job well, but there are moments where it feels a bit limited or slower than more modern platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social platforms in one place, saving time on posting, replying, and tracking performance. It helps keep content consistent, improves response times, and gives a clear view of what’s working, making it easier to adjust strategy and stay organised without juggling multiple tools.

Effortless Scheduling and Competitive Analysis

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Hootsuite's competition analysis. It allows me to choose my competitors and see how their posts are performing, and where I stand in that entire duration. That feature really helps me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue that I face a lot of time is it's not able to fetch my social media accounts, and I have to clear my cache on Safari for it to work well. Also, sometimes the platform can be a little slow in loading. It takes, like, a good five seconds to actually load the page where I'm on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule content, analyze data for concise monthly reports, and choose cover images, which helps me plan everything in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Hootsuite is always upgrading their system. They're always coming up with new innovative ideas to help you accomplish your goals. It makes it valuable to me because I'm able to see the image and see what my competitors are doing. I also appreciate that it's very easy to get set up with Hootsuite and jump right into using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of what. I mean, I guess more integrations with it. Well, let's see. I don't have any real complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves my consistency issues by allowing me to schedule postings. It helps me see what my competitors are doing and integrate other platforms. I love their constant upgrades and innovative ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hootsuite is its user interface, easy for my team members to onboard them, new features like add collaborators, social listening etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that are native in the social media apps cannot be found on Hootsuite and actually reels upload from Hootsuite has poor algorithm score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think one of the challenges that Hootesuite helps us is scheduling. It is easy to navigate and our volunteers can use it asap without investing too much time for onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for both my full-time role at an e-commerce startup niira and my freelance work, so there's always a lot of content to manage. Bulk scheduling feature really helps to upload multiple product posts. I plan everything in one go and not worry about posting later, which make my work routine feel lees hectic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly I love the product. one thing I do miss is chrome extension. Most the times I browse niira's shopify store and it would be helpful to quickly push content from there instead of going back into platform every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically takes away the chaos of managing multiple accounts. I schedule, plan, and keep everything in one place, which saves time and helps me stay consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling Instagram posts, and I find it valuable because it allows me to plan my content in advance. I appreciate being able to see my upcoming posts in a calendar format, which makes it easier to visualize. My favorite part about Hootsuite is the convenience in navigating and scheduling posts, along with the suggested post time features. Being able to schedule posts in advance and create them for the exact date and time I want is very valuable to me. Even though I could do this directly in the Instagram app, I find Hootsuite easier to work with, especially on my computer. The suggested time feature helps ensure I'm posting at a good time. I also like being able to quickly glance at the calendar to see when I have upcoming posts scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the website hard to navigate on the iPad, and could not find the schedule button. I think putting more time into the development of this would be helpful. Making sure all buttons (save draft, schedule post, pick time) are easily visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan my content in advance and schedule posts. I like the calendar view for upcoming posts. Scheduling in advance on my computer is easier than using Instagram directly. The suggested time feature ensures I post at optimal times.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest advantage to me is that it enhances planning and constancy in delivery of content. I am able to write posts ahead of time and make sure that they are published at the appropriate time and not required to watch over it. The features will enable me to handle various content streams within a single workflow. It has enhanced my work as I am not so much concerned with time and posting by hand but the quality of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I would dislike is the fact that it might feel cluttered when managing several scheduled posts and when there are numerous campaigns going on. Although the features are numerous, it may be hard to swiftly look at all of them at a single location. This has impacted my work as I at times take more time to go through the scheduled content in order to prevent errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite alleviates the issue of manually having to manage numerous social media accounts. I was required to upload the content on each platform individually, which was time consuming, and inconsistent before using it. And now all is arranged and planned at a single location. This will save me time, as well as enhance coherence in posting.
